I genuinely appreciate Dr. Mehdipour, the orthodontist, and her wonderful office, from the friendly receptionist at the front desk to Martha, the billing representative. She was very helpful and provided clear information about getting braces for our son and the available payment options. I wish I had known earlier how simple the process was—taking his X-rays, followed by my husband signing the contract, and then our son being fitted with his upper braces. Compared to past experiences at other dental offices, this was truly one of the best visits we've had. I especially want to mention Evelyn, who was my son's orthodontist technician. She did a fantastic job attaching his brackets, explained the pros and cons very patiently, and the doctor carefully checked everything to make sure our son was ready. He was understandably a bit nervous, but he understood that his teeth would start to shift nicely—especially if he kept up with good oral hygiene, brushed and flossed regularly, and avoided hard foods and sweets. Of course, his biggest concern was that he wouldn’t be able to enjoy Takis for 24 months, but in the end, he will be so happy with his new, beautiful smile. If you decide to visit this practice, I truly believe you’ll be glad you did. I am also grateful for all the wonderful women who work here. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
