They really listen to your concerns and are very through in the consultation. They also don’t pressure you to do something that isn’t right for you.

Two fillings have fallen out within a year of getting them. This was such a terrible experience. I regret recommending them and I regret ever being their patient.

Dr. Ma is the best dentist I’ve ever had.

It's always a hassle to find a new dentist (especially in NYC). But I am so glad I found Dr. Michelle Hu DDS at Apex Family Dental. From the get go, the office is very clean, the staff very friendly, and I didn't have to wait more than 5min before seeing Dr. Hu. She's friendly (so is her assistant), and explains everything in detail. I went there for a dental cleaning, and then I had to come back twice for a couple of cavities, and every time my experience was great. The procedures were completely painless! I would definitely recommend her!

It's so hard to find a good dental office, let alone an excellent one. I have notoriously difficult insurance and the front desk called them and sorted things out in advance. Dr. An was really helpful and kind. Gave me referrals and assistance for a few dental issues I had, he also made time to fill a cavity during my cleaning. I wish the cleaning was a little bit more thorough but over all it was a great experience.

Dr. Michelle Hu DDS—wow. Didn’t even see blood, painless, cleaning and check up. Provided the upmost guidance possible. I checked out my teeth the other day and thought it was time. First they took so long doing my x rays that they wanted me to wait 45 min to see the dentist, then it turned out the dentist I made the appointment with wasn’t even in the office that day. So I rescheduled, came back, and they had lost the x rays!?! So now I have to find a new dentist and get a double dose of radiation in my mouth. And when I said how disappointed I was they didn’t even apologize just stood there! What a terrible experience!

These people saved me when I was on a trip to NYC! I was eating dumplings when all of a sudden, part of my tooth fell out (on a Sunday too). As you can imagine, this was an extremely jarring thing to happen to you in an unfamiliar city. Thankfully, I was close to Apex Dental, and was able to get an appointment the same day. Everyone, including the dentist, was very gracious and professional. Even though I don't live here, the dentist did a great job gluing the tooth back on until I could get a root canal back home. The prices were very reasonable, too, especially since my insurance doesn't work in NYC. I will always be grateful for the helpful and understanding conduct of this office. If only I lived here, I would definitely be back!

After a terrible experience with my dad’s previous dentist, my friend recommended Dr. Christopher. I brought my dad here for the first time today for a crown procedure, and the entire visit was pleasant and painless. The office is clean, and everyone (from the front desk to the back) is friendly and caring. Most dental offices my dad has been to were overbooked, and he always had to wait a long time. But this place doesn’t seem to overbook patients. We arrived a little early, and they seated dad almost right away. Dr. Christopher is very gentle and patient. He took time to explain every step before performing, which really helped put my dad at ease. The procedure itself was completely painless. My dad said this was by far the best dental experience he’s ever had! My only regret is not bringing dad to Dr. Christopher sooner, those unpleasant experiences with the last dentist could have been avoided. Since coming home, my dad hasn’t stopped telling his friends how great his visit was today!
