About Apollo Dental
Apollo Dental is a dental practice on North Community House Road in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, North Carolina. Gum disease treatment ranges from a deeper professional cleaning for early inflammation through to more involved periodontal care once bone around the teeth has started to be affected. Bleeding gums are usually the earliest sign, and the early stage is reversible with proper cleaning and better daily plaque control.
Pediatric dental care is built around treating children specifically — dentists with additional training in child development and behaviour management, and offices designed to make a first visit unintimidating. Guidance generally points to a child's first dental visit around age one or within six months of the first tooth.
Periodontics is the specialty focused on the gums and the bone supporting the teeth, handling more advanced gum disease, related surgical treatment, and — in many practices — dental implant placement, which sits naturally alongside that training.
Comprehensive care generally means a practice can handle most of a patient's dental needs in-house — preventive, restorative, and often minor cosmetic or surgical treatment — reducing how often patients are referred elsewhere for routine work.
A filling repairs a tooth after decay has been cleaned out, most often using tooth-coloured composite resin that is shaped and bonded to blend with the surrounding tooth. It is usually completed in a single appointment and is one of the most routine restorative procedures in dentistry.
Tooth Decay Treatment is also among the treatments offered here, and the practice can explain what it involves and whether it fits your situation at a consultation.
General dentistry covers the routine and restorative care most people need most often — examinations, cleanings, fillings, and preventive checks that catch problems while they are still small and inexpensive to treat. Regular attendance, roughly every six months for most patients, is what makes that early-catch approach actually work. I was thoroughly impressed at this dental practice. Felt right at home! and feel like this place is a cut above most dental offices I been in. This is now my new place!!
I love the place, the cleaning was good, doctor Seth did an amazing job and definitely recommend others.
Apollo dental
I literally loved everything about it.. Clean, Great staff from the front to the back and the Dentist himself was EXCELLENT. He was very easy to talk to, to understand, he made sure I was comfortable and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.
Ive been going to Dr. Seth since 2020. She is kind, attentive to your needs, patient and most importantly, she does her work with excellence. She takes her time to make sure that your teeth are healthy and the work being done is completed properly.
Had a wonderful experience a few weeks ago. Sahar did a cleaning for my niece and she was very kind, professional and explained everything clearly. She was the best. It’s always a good visit but the receptionist wasn’t the nicest over the phone as we were setting the appointment and wasn’t the most polite when we got there as well, even to her coworkers.
Everyone is very professional and very pleasant at Apollo Dental. I have already recommended them to 4 friends who also received great care. I am so happy to have found a knowledgeable, professional, friendly dentist. Also, the location is great.
Hi , I am happy to see finally, I got really nice and professional dentist for me and my family. The staff is very kind and accommodating. My dental visit was as usual a wonderful experience. Appointment are well advanced scheduled The cleaning was very good and I just love and appreciate Dr. Seth and her team. She is a great dentist! Best dental clinic 👏 I am highly recommended!!!
I have a family if four, including myself. As usual we have some or other dental issues. I have teenagers kids, so they have additional issues like tooth crowding, alignment etc. Dr. Ishita's Apollo dental clinic is our one stop where we can get addressed all our issues. We have been visiting her clinic almost for 3-4+ years now. Clinic is very neat and clean and makes perfect justice to the online pictures. Dr Ishita is very knowledgeable and always provides best services, recommendations and advices. She puts all her efforts to give the best results all the time. I would highly recommend Dr. Ishita's Apollo Dental clinic.
Sadly I’ve been going here for about 6-8 month My treatment cost is probably not scaled as much to the dentist based on the customer service. You’re treated based on the cost of your treatment. The way the dentist treats her dental assistants is rude and she becomes very irritable. I explained to the receptionist that I had a passing in my immediate family and had to re-schedule. The receptionist was passive-aggressive and no sympathy in regards to my reason for re-schedule. When I walked in to my appointment today I was not even greeted by Tasha who is the receptionist. I was recommended to go here by my Endodontists and huge regret. There have also been problems with them in regards to payment especially if you paying out-of-pocket. Somebody they previously hired (Kelsey) had mistakenly messed up a bunch of customer accounts and the previous receptionist (Ian) who told me about this I ironically haven’t seen in months. Thank you Ian for your honesty at this practice. I will not be back! Patients should be valued beyond their social status or their affluence. I’m finally finished my last treatment here and luckily there are two dental assistants who are very nice but outside of those two…politely find somewhere else for better service.
