I had my dental scaling done today, and it was a great experience. The procedure was gentle, and Dr.Pavithra explained each step clearly. The procedure was smooth and almost painless. My teeth feel much cleaner, and the doctor were friendly and professional.

I am extremely disappointed and distressed by my experience with Dr. Pavitra. I visited the clinic for fillings in only two teeth with cavities. However, during the procedure, additional healthy teeth were also altered without my clear understanding. After the treatment, I noticed changes in teeth that had never caused me any problems before, including small holes in the teeth, sharp edges, and loss of natural tooth structure. I am now experiencing discomfort, including food getting trapped around the treated areas and the sharp edges which was not an issue before the procedure. I was charged ₹8,250 (including consultation) for the treatment. When I questioned the charges, I was informed that multiple teeth had been treated. However, I was never provided with a clear explanation of the additional procedures, their necessity, or the costs involved before the treatment. Patients have the right to be fully informed about proposed procedures, alternatives, and charges before giving consent. I also felt pressured to undergo professional teeth cleaning despite declining it. I returned twice for follow-up visits to seek clarification regarding the treatment performed and the charges, but I did not receive a satisfactory explanation. I visited the clinic seeking treatment for two cavities, but I left with concerns about multiple teeth that were previously healthy and ongoing discomfort that I did not have before. This experience has caused me significant frustration, distress, and loss of trust. Patients deserve transparency, proper communication, and ethical treatment. I hope this matter is reviewed seriously so that other patients do not experience similar concerns. I really regret visiting the doctor and ruining my teeth and wasting my money unnecessarily..

I have been seeing Doctor pavithra who is an amazing human being first of all ,the way she greets smile half of your tooth pain goes away and the way she does the procedure so firmly softly without giving much pain and explains in details. I had my wisdom tooth extracted here, and the entire procedure went very smoothly. The doctor was extremely supportive throughout the process and even followed up afterward to check on my recovery. I’m feeling much better now and had a truly great experience.

I asked for periodontist appointment. One dumb staff misguided the receptionist and made her to book appointment for prosthodontist... After I pointed out the mistake. just to fool me further, they took me to room 15, where the staff(room 15) again asked to meet doctor at room 20 (prosthodontist).
