Aqua Dental

I enjoyed my cleaning and the customer service but im not able to return. Phone calls are never answered and online scheduling has no confirmations. I'd be happy to book another appointment once communication has improved.

Rude receptionist.

My kids love coming here, the staff is amazing with children even if its the child's first time coming. They give toys to the kids so it isn't a scary experience. I have also had work done and it was easy in and out. 10/10 recommend. I drive 40 mins just to come here

I have brought all my children to this location for many years all staff and docs have been always so helpful and friendly they’re always going out of their way to provide help and stay on top of appointment reminders as well as I love how for every one of my kids birthday theirs always a card that comes in the mail or a text message wishing them a happy birthday its the small gestures That makes the biggest difference if your looking for a kid friendly dental clinic I would highly recommend aqua Dental in all these years I’ve never been disappointed with their services

Friendly staff

Best place I have ever been to. The front reception was amazing and so helpful with my situation. She was quickly able to get my daughter in for an appointment was very understanding and informative with my financial questions and was super eager to help. I believe her name was Magale I think I’m not good with names but I know it was with a M. She definitely deserves a raise beside her everyone else is also very caring even the Dentist. Highly recommend this place especially if you have a child with autism they are all so kind and caring and know how to approach kids with disability.

Brought my niece in for a visit and felt very welcomed. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The atmosphere is definitely something kids can enjoy and feel comfortable with while visiting the dentist. Dr. Serna and his assistant Kimberly were very professional and attentive. Dr. Gonzalez ,Asst Jessica and trainee Melissa, and including front desk Magaly,Denise and Dee were very welcoming. Extremely helpful. I want to say I travel 4 hrs just to attend this office for this same reason of how professional they are with us. Thank you all you are very appreciated.

The staff was lovely and very helpful, pleanty of things for the kiddos to do which is nice while the short wait and everything was quick and to the point, I would highly recommend

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and on top of things. They are great with my kids and even though it is mainly geared towards children, they always take care of mom as well! They are polite, understanding and have the utmost professionalism.
