My kids love coming here, the staff is amazing with children even if its the child's first time coming. They give toys to the kids so it isn't a scary experience. I have also had work done and it was easy in and out. 10/10 recommend. I drive 40 mins just to come here

I have brought all my children to this location for many years all staff and docs have been always so helpful and friendly they’re always going out of their way to provide help and stay on top of appointment reminders as well as I love how for every one of my kids birthday theirs always a card that comes in the mail or a text message wishing them a happy birthday its the small gestures That makes the biggest difference if your looking for a kid friendly dental clinic I would highly recommend aqua Dental in all these years I’ve never been disappointed with their services

Best place I have ever been to. The front reception was amazing and so helpful with my situation. She was quickly able to get my daughter in for an appointment was very understanding and informative with my financial questions and was super eager to help. I believe her name was Magale I think I’m not good with names but I know it was with a M. She definitely deserves a raise beside her everyone else is also very caring even the Dentist. Highly recommend this place especially if you have a child with autism they are all so kind and caring and know how to approach kids with disability.

Brought my niece in for a visit and felt very welcomed. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The atmosphere is definitely something kids can enjoy and feel comfortable with while visiting the dentist. Dr. Serna and his assistant Kimberly were very professional and attentive. Thank you guys for the awesome visit. If I could do 10 stars I definitely would

The staff was lovely and very helpful, pleanty of things for the kiddos to do which is nice while the short wait and everything was quick and to the point, I would highly recommend

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and on top of things. They are great with my kids and even though it is mainly geared towards children, they always take care of mom as well! They are polite, understanding and have the utmost professionalism.

It really is the little things from making my appointment as easy going as possible (mom appreciates that) going above and beyond to reschedule us DURING HOLIDAYS at that. Down to the waiting area being so entertaining for the kids to the cleanliness and small small things like the decor is a great balance for adults and children. The staff was so friendly, sweet and patient. so glad I made the switch. FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD 💛

I wish I could give 10 stars. I’ve been bringing my family here for over a year and I have never been disappointed. I started with my kids and then recently my husband had a dental emergency. I called Aqua to see if they could squeeze him in because he was in a lot of pain. They were able to work him into their schedule and get him taken care of. The staff has gone above and beyond every time we go and I knew they wouldn’t disappoint when it came to taking care of my husband. Some of the most knowledgeable and caring staff. If you want a place that will treat you like a good family, this would be my first spot. Thanks Aqua Dental for always going above and beyond for your patients.

Me and my daughter went to this location, loved it and loved the office. Spoke to Denise this morning to reschedule and she was very rude. I asked for the upcoming days available and she was very condescending as if i could view their schedule. So i stated that we could come a different day but wanted to verify the billing/cpt codes for the visit so that i can verify with my insurance if this is covered… she didn’t know what those were and then stated that they can’t provide those over the phone. I work for insurance and this is totally possible, this is how you verify if the cost and coverage for the services you will receive. In the end i told her to cancel the appointments, i am not interested in being seen in a facility with someone with such poor customer service
