Arcadia Pediatric Dental

We had such a wonderful experience at Arcadia Pediatric Dental today! The office was incredibly clean, and the entire staff was friendly employees at the front desk to the amazing dentist, made us feel so welcome. We were in and out in no time, which is always a plus with kids. Highly recommend!

I love this practice. Everyone we have been in contact with from making the appointment to getting the exam from the provider have been amazing. We love their waiting room and the fact that they are always on time. They expect children to be children and are so gracious even when our son ran behind the desk…all smiles.

Had a great experience with Dr. Maya. She was very patient and kind with my family. The whole front desk including taby and Angelica made everything so easy and seamless! Everything was explained thoroughly and my kids loved the dentist!

The portal response time at this business is over a day long. You have to drive down there personally to make an appointment. On 6/5/26 my son had an appointment, they forgot to treat him with his usual fluoride treatment and I didn’t remember till we walked out, they didn’t bother calling me to complete his treatmen, they weren’t able to engage my son to take an xray, the staff here participate in gossip, on 7/30/26 I walked into the business to get a recommendation from the dentist. My son’s pediatrician found a large blister on the roof of his mouth and recommended treatment. Because my son recently had a dental appointment, I wanted to see if I needed to bring him back in for an oral exam due to having this blister. Blisters are from frequently insertion of something into your mouth and I was worried. Dr. Maya and Angelica at the front desk and the lady who seemed to be the supervisor recommended I should bring my son in for an exam. I asked Dr. Maya for a written recommendation to bring my son in for an exam for a coparent situation. they denied it and stated They can only give me a VERBAL recommendation and would not put it in writing. On top of this, a couple that is friends with my neighbor stalked me to my sons dental appointment here. They sat in the waiting and mocked me that I could not do anything about it. I reported stalking to the front desk and they refused to take action but Angelica did state she would note it in the file. It’s been 14 hours and I still have not received a response from the portal to make a doctor recommended appointment. This business is an assembly line type of business. They have a “next” kind of mentality and it feels like they do not truly have a compassion for children, just for business. On 8/5, I brought my 3 year old son in for a follow up for the mouth blister, the doctor was uncomfortable. The doctor failed to properly address this. He did not xray it, did not order bloodwork, did not write a referral. It seemed to be swept under the rug. The majority of the visit, I was bullied by my coparent and staff failed to notice a grown man treating me disrespectfully. My sons wellbeing was not considered.

Best dental office! They are always so good with my 4 year old. They go out of their way to accommodate him. Aylin is the best! She was so sweet and she seen my son loves Spiderman and went out of her way to make him a Spiderman balloon hand drawn and it came out so cute! She also found him a Spiderman toothbrush & sticker. She made his entire day! Thank you Aylin!!!

The staff and the Dr are AMAZING! They check in process as a new patient was straight forward and fast. MA’s made sure my kiddos were comfortable and they were super sweet. Dr was on time and super informative about the care and what to be expected for their upcoming appt. Thanks guys

Took my two sons here the first time yesterday and had a great experience. My four-year-old was a little wild, but the dentist and staff handled him with so much patience and kindness. They also took the time to explain everything to me clearly. The whole team was friendly and amazing with kids. Highly recommend for any parents looking for a great pediatric dentist!

Thank you Dr. Alli for your gentle and patient presence. We have been seen at Arcadia pediatric dentistry for about eight years, and recently tried another dentist near to our home. The experience at Arcadia pediatric dentist makes the drive well worth it. Their dentist are conservative and patient focused. That was not our experience with another dental office.

I have been bringing my daughter to this office since she was 1.5. The Dr is so informative and recommended tips and tricks to make brushing my toddlers teeth fun. The front office gals are always so nice and make the check in process a breeze. Tiana the dental assistant was very patient and was able to keep my crazy toddler calm. 100/10

We had such a great experience with Dr. Dean and his amazing team! Tianna, the dental assistant, was wonderful with both of my kids. She took them back for their X-rays and made them feel comfortable the entire time. Our appointment was at 12, and we were all done by 1 PM. Both of my kids were seen, had X-rays, and even got their cleanings done, all within that hour! The process was smooth, efficient, and incredibly kid-friendly. Dr. Dean was kind, thorough, and explained everything clearly. You can tell he and his staff truly care about their patients. The office is clean, welcoming, and perfect for kids. I highly recommend Arcadia Pediatric Dental to any parent looking for a trustworthy and gentle team.
