I am always satisfied with Archer Dental's service. They make me feel at home rather than at a typical dental clinic. The front desk staff, dental hygienists, and all the dentists are extremely friendly. They work for our well-being rather than just for money. Especially, Dr. Wong is one of the best dentists they have; he is an extraordinary professional. Thank you, Archer, for your excellent service.

Excellent quality dental care

I’ve been to many dental offices over the years, but this one truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The entire team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. What I love most is that they actually remember you and take the time to ask about your life, making every visit feel more like catching up with good friends than going to a dental appointment. A special thank you to Dr. Anastasiya and Izzy, my hygienist. Dr. Anastasiya is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Izzy is amazing—gentle, thorough, and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Together, they make every visit a positive experience. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’ll receive excellent care from people who genuinely care about you, I highly recommend this team!

Great and friendly staff and gentle hygienist

The space is inviting, calm and fun. I went there for a first appoinment for one of my sons. The staff and Dr. Mariam offered support and a great service for him. He needs to take time to walk, express his thoughts etc. We were both informed of every step, cost etc. He was taken care of really well. They are a team who serves your (thus your family's) best and highest interest with kindness, humanity and professionalism. I have from them anything we need to make decisions and choose the right kind of services in the right time needed for our dental health. We received clear explanations and recommendations and our views and needs were heard and respected. My son will definitely remain under their care from now on because we finally found someone who knows how to listen, adjust to the person in front of them and tend to their needs. Funny thing: I got to this clinic because the other dentists we saw for this son said he has gag reflex but they had difficulties dealing with that (didn't know how to go about it🤷‍♀️). So I wanted to find other dentists who knew how to manage that. It took me 2 more clinics to get to this one. My son didn't even show signs of a gag reflex when Dr. Mariam consulted him 😅 Life!

I had a wonderful dental exam and dental hygiene cleaning at Archer Dental! The dental assistant was so efficient and caring. Dr.AV was very gentle and addressed all my concerns. And my dental hygienist Helen really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my dental hygiene cleaning! She took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I left with a healthy smile! Would recommend !

I’m so happy with this clinic. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I feel listened to. The reception staff, my hygienist Autumn who was very thorough and the dental assistants and Dr Mariam El Mustapha take time to explain the treatment. I’m very happy with my experiences to date.

Had a great experience here! The clinic is right in the heart of downtown Toronto, just off the highway exit, which makes it easy to find. The operatory was spotless and clearly well cared for. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously. My hygienist Tasha was absolutely fabulous. She’s incredibly thorough, gentle, and truly unmatched at what she does. I left feeling genuinely well taken care of and with the cleanest teeth I’ve had in years. Highly recommend!

I had a great time at archer getting a cleaning, the receptionists were friendly and the place is kept very clean. My hygienist Autumn was amazing, they are very gentle you barely even feel anything! Would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a wonderful dental experience.

This clinic appears to be focused solely on money and shows little respect for its customers. I had a very disappointing experience with this dental service provider. I selected an available appointment from their schedule, but their receptionist later contacted me by SMS and insisted that I move my appointment to after the New Year. When I politely and formally declined, she responded rudely, canceled my appointment without my consent, and ended the communication without hearing me out. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.

Love this team!! From reception, to hygienist, and the dentists - all professional and extremely competent. The office is clean, they are friendly, and accommodating. Even my children love coming here. Keep up the great job!!

I loved my experience at Archer Dental Rosedale !! I was very nervous about dental work and every one from reception to my wonderful hygienist Tasha were so understanding and welcoming! During my session I was consistently asked if I was comfortable or feeling any pain. They made me look forward to going back to the dentist, which I never thought would be possible. Can't recommend this place enough!!!
