I was very impressed with this practice. Used it for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Woods was amazing. He probably explains the same thing multiple times a day to his patients but yet took the time to patiently answer all my questions. Highly recommend ! Staff was nice and checked on their patients the next day!

My experience at AZOMS was outstanding! Dr. R. Lifferth and his team performed an urgent extraction and implant in no time by fitting me in quickly and efficiently. They numbed my gums sufficiently and gave me laughing gas to alleviate my anxiety. They answered all my questions. They are an A++ team. I highly recommend this professional team!

Despite the potential discomfort associated with dental procedures, this experience was exceptionally flawless, and the staff mitigated any pain effectively. Regrettably, I required extensive dental work. I was referred to Arizona Oral and Maxillofacial by my dentist to address failed implants performed 20 months ago by another office, which is reputed to be the “best in Southern Arizona.” Dr. Orton and his team meticulously guided me through the process, outlining the expected outcomes and duration. Their level of compassion and care is immeasurable. I underwent four procedures, one of which was necessitated by Dr. Orton’s dissatisfaction with the bone growth surrounding one of the implants. His unwavering focus was on the patient’s well-being rather than financial gain. The professionalism and high standards were evident from the outset and persisted throughout the entire process. I cannot express enough positive sentiments about the staff and Dr. Orton. Notably, the cost was remarkably reasonable and significantly lower than what I would have incurred for a redo by the orthodontist responsible for the original work. Excellent consultation experience for my daughter's wisdom teeth extraction today. Office is clean and friendly. Dr. Wood explained the xray findings, the procedure, and took time to address all our questions. Dr. Wood's assistant, Jessica D., is welcoming, kind, and efficient. At check out, Jazmin was thorough in detailing the financial aspect of the procedure. We were provided all information to feel comfortable moving forward to make our appointment. Had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted after years of struggling to get a budget friendly consultation and for how top notch this office is, the whole process was also very affordable. I know that differs based on insurances and such but I am extremely glad I was able to come to such a reputable office for this surgery. The team was great and the process was very quick and smooth. Very clear instructions before and after. The team is very knowledgeable and reassuring. The surgery itself took just a little over an hour.
