This place is so friendly! My brother had actually been here before and talked very highly about the staff. I can say that is true. The first person to welcome you in with a warm smile is Jackie! She is so sweet and makes sure we know when to come in for our next visit and our check ins. She knew me the second I walked in and I’ve only been here one other time! DA are very comforting as well too! Def come here for not just cleanings but great care!

They require you to give your full SSN to be seen as a patient. The office manager seemed to think that because they’d never been hacked before, that justified using the full SSN as their patient identifier. They said this was in case they had two people with the exact same names and dates of birth. (But the last 4 wouldn’t be sufficient— they needed the whole thing.) I asked to have that information omitted from my account, and he said that he *could* do it, but he simply wouldn’t. The office manager seemed very self-satisfied about this, as if his refusal to budge gave him some goofy, inverted sense of integrity. If I hadn’t been the victim of identify theft before, such a senseless misuse of patient information would almost be funny. They’ll act like they’d bend over backwards to make you comfortable, but if you ask to not have your most sensitive personal data thrown around like a name tag in a system that has zero necessity for it, then they’ll refuse service.

World-class service. Very satisfied with both my crown visits after chipping a tooth. Not much to complain about. Less than a 2 minute wait to be guided to my room once I arrived at my scheduled time both times.

They are very attentive to your needs. The most professional dental services I've ever had. I've been with them now for about five years and not once have they not ever wanted to work with me. I know I can be testy at times but they're so professional that I get humbled every now and then lol. Great staff and great atmosphere. Everyone is so easy to get along with. They have my support 100%!!

I can honestly say that my visit there was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. They gave me complimentary drinks and snacks, a free gift, and KB, CeCe, and Dr. King were so easy to talk to and friendly! As someone who has a fear of dentists and has been through multiple harsh teeth cleanings, this was by far the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever gotten. CeCe was very gentle and extremely fast during my teeth cleaning and I will definitely be going back 🙌🏻

This is upscale dentistry at its finest. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I was given a tour of the facility and offered a variety of amenities, including warm blankets, warm eucalyptus towels, and a variety of refreshments, which made the entire visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. Dr. Ludford was excellent—very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was able to receive my initial exam and cleaning the same day, which was a huge plus. Throughout the visit, everything was explained clearly, and I felt included in the process rather than just being a patient in the chair. I highly recommend Arkansas Family Dental.

I had such a great experience with Richard, my dental hygienist! From the moment I sat down, he made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. He was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The entire visit felt seamless and stress-free, which is not something I’ve always experienced at dental appointments. Richard’s attention to detail and genuinely caring approach really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his patients’ comfort. I left feeling refreshed, well taken care of, and actually looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

From the first time I called to the day of my appointment, I was impressed with AR Family Dental! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs! This was the first time in years I experienced such exemplary customer service, making me feel truly valued. KB provided a thorough tour of the office, explained everything I needed to know before my appointment, and even offered me a blanket if I felt cold. She(KB) was professional, gracious and very knowledgeable of her job! I had to have a root canal done, and it was the best I've ever experienced, and for a root canal, that's saying a lot!
