Artista Dental Studio, Dr. Joseph Manfredi DDS

I found out about Dr. Manifredi's office from my mom who has been a patient since 2019. Dr. Manfredi is one of the most friendliest Dentists I've ever been too! Excellent bedside manner, very funny and informative. Not only is Dr. Manfredi very personable but so is the rest of the staff. Jen, the office manager, knows all of the patients by name which is very welcoming. She is extremely helpful in scheduling and is always an amazing voice to here over the phone with an appointment reminder. The hygienist whom I believe is named Linda or Lisa also very nice, gentle and even offers the option of numbing your gums prior to a cleaning if that would make the cleaning process easier for you. Dr. Manfredi noticied I had braces in the past and realized I wasn't wearing my retainer, so we discussed getting a new one so my teeth don't shift any more than they already have & he did an impression about a week or 2 later & I got a new retainer. I also got my teeth whitened at the office, which was the most smoothest, painless process ever. I even got the at-home whitening maintence kit to keep them nice and white. Dr. Manfredi and staff are wonderful, skilled professionals, making a trip to the dentist a warm and welcoming experience. Dr. Manfredi finds creative (often less expensive) solutions to problems as well as providing excellent ongoing dental care. I've been a patient for many years and always feel I'm in good hands. Highly recommend!

Dr. Manfredi is really terrific. I am dentist phobic but his manner and abilities have made going to the dentist easy. He explains everything thoroughly. Hs staff are equally fine. It is a soothing environment. Strongly recommend Dr. Joseph Manfredi. You won't go wrong if you have him work on your teeth.

BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER GONE TO! Dr. Manfredi was highly recommended to me from a dear friend who has been a patient for over 12 years, and has had extensive work done by him. She raved about how gifted Dr Manfredi's artistry is and how kind, honest and personable he is. A first time patient, I went for repair of a broken crown. Dr Manfredi treated me like a VIP! He is by far the classiest dentist/doctor I have ever met and one of the smartest and nicest people I have ever interacted with. Instead of replacing the crown at a substantial cost to me, he polished the tooth for a nominal cost and sent me on my way. I don't know anyone in NYC with such an ethical and generous nature especially given I was a stranger with no history at his practice. Having had a lot of dental work over the last 20 years with many of the 'top' dentists in NYC, I especially appreciated his assessment of my situation and found his vast knowledge of crowns and the options I had to rectify my problem truly impressive. I promise you will not go wrong with Dr Manfredi - there were multiple long time patients in his office when I was there today and everyone was in agreement that he is THE BEST and a real treasure!!!

Artista is a wonderful dental experience. From the extra clean and modern office to the so polite and knowledgeable Jenn who is top notch. Their technician is the best I have ever had. Unfortunately we cannot remember her name. Dr. Manfredi is so smart and explains everything so that we could understand. He is kind and an all around great dentist. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.
