Oral hygiene is an important part of keeping one's mouth clean by removing tarter build up to help prevent cavities, gingivitis, periodontal disease and other diseases.  This is helped by a combination of frequent brushing and flossing on a daily basis. We will work with you to learn and understand how best to care for your teeth in between your cleaning appointments to help keep good oral hygiene and prevent tarter build up.
