About ArtWork Dental

ArtWork Dental sits on Country Club Road in Eugene's Cal Young area, and the name points fairly clearly at where the practice's interest lies. Appearance-focused dentistry treats teeth as something to be shaped and matched rather than only repaired, and professional teeth whitening is offered here as part of that. It is usually the first thing people try when they want a visible change without committing to anything permanent.

The appeal of whitening is that it is entirely additive — no enamel is filed away and nothing is bonded on. A peroxide gel is applied to the tooth surface, where it breaks apart the pigment that has accumulated in enamel over years of coffee, tea, red wine, and tobacco. Applied in a dental office the gel is stronger and your gums are isolated from it, which is the practical reason professional results come out uniform where home strips tend to streak. The constraint to know about is dental work: whitening only affects natural tooth structure, so crowns, veneers, and tooth-colored fillings will hold their existing shade. On a smile where restorations sit at the front, that can mean whitening needs to be planned alongside replacing or re-matching them rather than done in isolation.

If your goal is a specific look rather than simply lighter teeth, say so at the consultation — whitening, bonding, and veneers solve overlapping problems, and which one fits depends on what is actually causing the appearance you want to change.

Appointments run Monday through Thursday, so the week is a short one and Friday slots are not available. On price, whitening is a cosmetic treatment and dental insurance will almost certainly not contribute; what it costs comes down to the method and how many shades you want to move, so raise it early. Country Club Road is an easy location to reach from the Coburg corridor and the surrounding Cal Young streets, convenient for patients already working or living on that side of Eugene.

ArtWork Dental is a Eugene dental practice on Country Club Road offering professional teeth whitening. The Monday-to-Thursday schedule and Cal Young location put it within reach of patients working in the Coburg Road corridor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is ArtWork Dental located in Eugene?
ArtWork Dental is on Country Club Road in the Cal Young neighborhood in Eugene, Oregon (97401).
What days is ArtWork Dental open?
ArtWork Dental is open Monday through Thursday. Contact the practice through this page to confirm current appointment times before travelling.
How much does it cost to whiten teeth professionally?
It comes down to the method and the degree of change you are aiming for, so the range is broad. As a cosmetic treatment, whitening falls outside typical dental insurance coverage. Ask ArtWork Dental for a specific figure at your consultation.
Is teeth whitening safe?
Carried out under professional supervision, it is regarded as safe. The most common side effect is short-lived sensitivity in the days afterward. Problems tend to arise from unsupervised overuse of home products rather than from properly applied in-office treatment.
Should I whiten my teeth before getting veneers or bonding?
Usually yes, and the sequence matters. New restorations are colour-matched to your teeth at the time they are made, so whitening first means they can be matched to the lighter shade. Whitening afterward will not change them, which can leave a mismatch.
Does ArtWork Dental offer professional teeth whitening?
Yes. Teeth whitening is a listed service at ArtWork Dental in Eugene. You can reach the practice through this page to ask which whitening method they recommend for your teeth.

I was very Impressed by the professional service I received starting at the front desk to the dentist. I was told I need a crown by my old dentist office at a hefty price. When I left Artwork dental I only need a filling and small amount of work. So happy I found someone that is not about the $ ....they are about the client and great service!

Dr Brian Work at ArtWork Dental is the most kind and knowledgeable dentist I have ever been to. He makes what can be a stressful experience into a non stressful experience. Today besides meeting with Dr Work, I had my teeth cleaned by Ashley. She is incredible and my teeth are so clean. She is also very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on my teeth issues. The front desk girls are also top tier with dealing with appointments, insurance and kindness. I got to my appointment early and noticed that every patient that left the office was smiling and you could tell they were genuinely happy with their experience. Thank you ArtWork Dental!!!!!

Incredible job on bonding my front tooth. I have never met such a great and fast dentist with an eye for perfection! I left my dentist for Dr Brian. He’s so kind and did an incredible job…same day as my consultation. I was scammed in the past. Highly suggest this dentist for all your dental needs.

If I could give Leslye Laxton 100 stars, I would. For most of my life, going to the dentist filled me with anxiety. Past experiences left me terrified of the pain, the sounds, and even the thought of sitting in the chair. I would put off appointments because the fear was so overwhelming. Then I met Leslye. She has completely changed the way I feel about dental care, and I don’t say that lightly. She is one of the gentlest, kindest, and most compassionate healthcare professionals I have ever met. From the moment she began my treatment, she made me feel safe. She constantly checked on me, made sure I wasn’t in pain, and treated me with genuine care and respect. I needed a deep cleaning below the gumline—something I had dreaded for years. Somehow, Leslye made what I expected to be a miserable experience comfortable. She was incredibly gentle, quick, and thorough. She paid attention to every detail, even making sure I wasn’t choking on water during the procedure. Lol! That level of attentiveness may seem small, but when you struggle with dental anxiety, it means everything. When she finished, my teeth and gums felt healthier than they have in years. More importantly, she gave me something I never thought I’d have: peace of mind about going to the dentist. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to my dental appointments. After each appointment, I gave Leslye a hug because “thank you” just didn’t seem big enough. I don’t know if she realizes the impact she’s had on my life, but she turned years of fear into trust. She didn’t just clean my teeth—she helped heal years of anxiety. Leslye is warm, friendly, patient, exceptionally skilled, and genuinely cares about every person she treats. If there were an award for the world’s best dental hygienist, she would deserve it. Thank you, Leslye, from the bottom of my heart. You changed my life in a way you’ll probably never fully realize, and I will always be grateful.

Artwork Dental is the best! I just switched over from another dental office and feel 1 million times better. They are gentle and encouraging and Dr. Work is so kind. My hygienist Tyree Baxter was amazing. Could not recommend her and Artwork Dental more!!!

Im a returning patient of ArtWork dental after 22 years and just as expected, the best of care ever! The most compassionate team I've had hands down. The hygienist made everything so easy and really took to heart my issues with past pain and anxiety. A very rewarding experience and a great place to get your dental care taken care of.

I had an excellent experience with Artwork Dental and Dr. Brian Work. He was able to get me in quickly and successfully repair a tooth using a minimally invasive approach—something other dentists had not been able to accomplish. Dr. Work and his team were kind, considerate, and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen carefully and clearly prioritize patient care in both their communication and treatment decisions. It is evident that they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Artwork Dental to anyone seeking thoughtful, skilled, and patient-centered dental care.
