Brill service told my daughter would need braces for 12months she only had them on for 10 the advice is amazing and the care they provide is outstanding

We cannot recommend Ashlow Orthodontic Clinic highly enough. Our daughter has been under their care for a considerable period of time, having had her braces fitted there and receiving ongoing treatment as part of her orthodontic plan. From the very beginning, our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Every member of the team has always been professional, welcoming, friendly and incredibly supportive. They have consistently made our daughter feel comfortable and reassured, taking the time to explain each stage of her treatment and ensuring that she felt fully involved in the process. The standard of care she has received has been outstanding, and we have always had complete confidence in the team. Appointments have been handled efficiently, any questions or concerns have been addressed promptly, and the kindness and attention shown to our daughter throughout her treatment have meant a great deal to us as a family. We have now emigrated to South Africa, which unfortunately means that our daughter will need to continue her orthodontic treatment with a new orthodontist. This is the only reason her care with Ashlow Orthodontic Clinic has had to come to an end, and we are genuinely very sad to be leaving such an amazing team. We are extremely grateful for everything they have done for our daughter and for the wonderful care she has received. Any family considering orthodontic treatment can place their trust in Ashlow Orthodontic Clinic with complete confidence. Dr Omar is the best orthodontist in the world :)

Wouldnt bother if your a paying customer, id look elswhere, mine were straight forward straightening, and yet he told my dentist remove a tooth at the top which in reality never needed to be removed, and now they tried to straighten them and i have gaps like gravestones at the top, my teeth at the bottom werent that bad and yet 2 years on and they still arent even done and still have a gap at the bottom from one removal aswell, Before i had the braces the dentist and dr omar assured me braces were the best option even when i had what appears to be cavities popping up all over my teeth, and 2 years on, still have braces and teeth looking worse than before i had the braces, even have small pinholes in my gums aswell since having them which i didnt have before braces! , and the best one was that they started blaming my diet😂saying to much sugary foods, when i never have anything sugary unless water and coffee have sugar in them? New one that! Never have dentistry done in the uk again, waste of time and money Theres a reason they want you pay within 12 month and not 24 months which is the amount of time they should be on After first 12 months they go sloppy, and dont even contact you Lies lies lies from dr omar over and over 2 years on from having my braces i may have to have a few implants due to braces not working,ashlow assured me braces were the best option,one tooth i told them about when i was seeing them was never sorted and now looks like its about to fall out anytime soon due to them not sorting it

Incredible service, the waiting lists are long- but that’s not their fault, just the NHS system and funding etc, however when you get the first appointment everything moves quickly then. The staff are all absolutely lovely, you can always get through on the phone or e-mail, they’re flexible with appointments around school and work etc. Just a brilliant resource

Can't recommend enough!! The entire process was made so relaxed by the professional care of all the staff. Receptionists are so nice and caring and will work with you very well if you need a specific appointment time. So many thanks to Dr. Omar for being so honest during the whole process.

Ashlow Orthodontic Practice have been outstanding from start to finish. They straightened my daughter’s teeth to absolute perfection, and the care throughout her treatment was second to none. Appointments were adjusted regularly and with care, and we were always kept well-informed at every stage. The team — from reception through to the dental practitioners — were consistently professional, friendly, and accommodating. They made it easy to arrange appointments around our schedule and were always happy to help. The aftercare has been exceptional, with genuine attention to detail and patient wellbeing. Incredible practice with the most amazing staff including reception. My son was rather young when he needed his braces fitted and everyone worked amazingly with him to keep the appointments as stress free as possible and always understood his extra needs. The practice itself is so clean, hygienic and inviting. After 8years of teeth appointments over various places, the last 2years have been by far the best and I can’t thank everyone enough.
