I cannot express how frustrated I am with this office as I have been waiting forever for the Motto's (invisalign). For two weeks AFTER they were expected to arrive, I am getting the same old message. "The Motto's are on hold, it could be an error". If it could be an error why has no one checked to verify. So frustrated, as I have already paid for these things and I feel like I have been scammed.

June 2026. I have not had the best experience with my dentures. The initial impressions were taken with my bad teeth in and when they came in, I noticed the size of my teeth were longer than my original teeth were. I asked on a few occasions about having them fixed and was told they look fine. I did have them relined once but they have not fit properly since that first time. It has been a few years and this appointment I was told for a reimage it would cost more. Also that implants would be the next step. The dr also made the statement that he had other patients that had worse issues than I do. At this time, my lower set flares out, my tongue, dentures and food don't always work. The inside of my mouth is small so it is difficult to eat sometimes. My tongue will get caught on the flare on the inside and push the dented out. I was excited to have Aspen so my dentures because of what was said about them. Now I am stuck with dealing with dentures that don't work well! Good luck to you.

Staff was super helpful and very nice. Had two teeth pulled and the dentist was very gentle and quick. Would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that is in need of a dentist

Do not schedule with this company unless you want your time wasted! They use a call service that does not work directly in the office and therefore they do not know simple policies such as age restrictions and processes for scheduling routine cleanings. Due to my previous dental provider no longer being in network with Cigna, I scheduled new patient cleanings for my children. They were extremely busy so I had to schedule their appointments further than a month out. They decided to wait till the week of their appointments to call me and say they would not be able to do the cleanings on the first visit because they want to maximize billing and do evaluations first and then bring them back for cleanings. This is totally unacceptable because I was clear when scheduling that they needed cleanings and wanted to make sure that would be done. Since it was scheduled by the call center they could only offer apologies for wasting over a month of my time.

I had such a great experience with Madisen at Aspen Dental. She was extremely helpful with explaining all of the insurance information and pricing details, and she made sure I understood exactly how everything would work and what to expect throughout the process. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and patient, and she made the entire experience so much less stressful. It’s clear she truly cares about helping patients and making them feel comfortable. I really appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend this office because of her!

When you first make the appointment it is smooth and easy. Check in is very quick and easy. The appointments go very good. They pay very good attention to detail, and spend a lot of time going over everything with you. They help you through out your whole visit to make sure you understand everything their doing and every step of the way they just care and are so helpful and to make sure the patient is doing good and and that you understand everything. And they make your next appointment before leaving the chair if you need another appointment.

Great experience at Aspen Dental today. Everyone was so kind and patient with me. I was having some tooth pain at the time. Dr. Lee and his team were very gentle and explained everything step by step.

Excellent service!!! The team is great... always so helpful! And my teeth and gums are healthier than they've been in years because of them! And did I mention, I can go through treatments without pain?!!! So grateful for everything... from them walking me through the entire process from my appointments to my treatment to billing! The dental team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated.
