Dr Lee and his staff are awesome

Every time I visit Aspen Dental, everyone is always so nice and professional. And Dr. Lee is very thorough, he really cares about his patients.

Thank you Katherine for the hug and I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but I know it starts with a V. I went to Aspen because a friend recommended it. I’ve been experiencing a really bad toothache that keeps my husband and me up at night. During my X-rays, the pain became mind-numbing, and all I could do was cry and rock back and forth. Things took a turn for the worse when I asked for something stronger than Ibuprofen 800 which I knew it would. My consultation was recorded which I’ve never experienced that in my life. As an autistic adult, I’m used to people treating me “different”. One thing for sure I’m not a drug addict or seeking! When you have a multiple infections it’s unbearable and I’m missing work. One thing for certain I will continue my treatment here so I’m not “dentist hopping” and I refuse to go back to friendly dental but I will not recommend this business to anyone

Thea staff was very nice. Office was very clean. I had all my questions answered.

My experience was top notch from the moment I walked in until I left. Everyone I came in contact with from the receptionist, X-ray Technician, Dentist and Financial dept. treated me with nothing but kindness and respect, Every single question I had was answered in detail. I look forward to working with this team as they take care of my current needs and any future issues that may arise.

Yesterday I met with one of the doctors who addressed the problem I was having with stain build-up on my dentures. He took them away to a polishing area and after working on them for about twenty minutes (at no charge) he returned them to me looking good as new. Apparently, some sections of my dentures had missed being polished when they were being made. I learned that using Polident, or any cleaning tablets, is bad for dentures because they pit the surface and increase the likelihood staining. I also learned that the need for denture adhesive is completely normal.

I had 22 teeth removed by Aspen's Oral Surgeon, Chisholm Ibezim Chukwu on April 21st of this year. He had to scrape and dig out bone spurs twice. He was very professional and did an excellent job. From the front desk (Madison) to the financial part (Raven) and now working with Jaya to adjust my dentures, all have been great to help me in any way that they can. They are located at the 1421 Concord Pkwy N location. If you want professionals who do the job right, go to this Aspen Dental location. They're top notch & the absolute best. Can't say enough good things about them.

I cannot express how frustrated I am with this office as I have been waiting forever for the Motto's (invisalign). For two weeks AFTER they were expected to arrive, I am getting the same old message. "The Motto's are on hold, it could be an error". If it could be an error why has no one checked to verify. So frustrated, as I have already paid for these things and I feel like I have been scammed.

June 2026. I have not had the best experience with my dentures. The initial impressions were taken with my bad teeth in and when they came in, I noticed the size of my teeth were longer than my original teeth were. I asked on a few occasions about having them fixed and was told they look fine. I did have them relined once but they have not fit properly since that first time. It has been a few years and this appointment I was told for a reimage it would cost more. Also that implants would be the next step. The dr also made the statement that he had other patients that had worse issues than I do. At this time, my lower set flares out, my tongue, dentures and food don't always work. The inside of my mouth is small so it is difficult to eat sometimes. My tongue will get caught on the flare on the inside and push the dented out. I was excited to have Aspen so my dentures because of what was said about them. Now I am stuck with dealing with dentures that don't work well! Good luck to you.
