had to have an emergency tooth extraction, everyone was very kind and gave me a comprehensive plan to make my mouth suck less overall. a very nice experience even through the mouth pain

Im very impressed by the level of professionalism,they explain everything so I understand i highly recommend. Alissa is awesome,Alec is amazing he just makes spending money easy lol he explains everything very well and willing to answer all the questions I had,dental hygienist was very nice and I loved her eyebrows,and the dentist was awesome he helped me for temporary relief before I start getting all the grill work. Aspen dental and wonderful staff thank you from the bottom of my heart.I have to add to all the outstanding staff Katie is so passionate about her job she explains everything she is doing before she does it,it was a great experience today,she has a difficult job to do and she does it well. Alec remembered me after all the patients that he sees in a day I had my tops pulled yesterday and tops in now its just to get used to. Thanks to everyone at Aspen dental.

Aspen dental was amazing. I broke my tooth the night before and no dentist could get me in. I called all the emergency dentists in my area with no luck. Then I saw that they sometimes accept walk-ins, so I went. There was no availability, so I just waited. About an hour later , they had a no-show, and they got me right back. The dentist was really good as was everyone else.

Your staff is Amazing! Very pleasant experience-i usually don't like dentists. But I love the people working there. Thank you. After the last appt with my new teeth I must say I'm Not impressed. My new plate hurts my mouth

I love Aspen Dental. I have been a patient for 12 years. The Springfield location (on Gateway) is especially great. Everyone (from the bottom to the top) are so nice and caring and thoughtful. I would not go anywhere else.

best experience literally ever. i’ve had numerous bad experiences with dentists clinics before but Aspen Dental. they are so nice, so understanding, and over the moon helpful🤍 not just the front end but the doctor, hygienist, techs- everyone. so lovely!! i’m truly happy to have this place be my dentist (:

Usually I’m terrified of Dentist. However, ASPEN DENTAL made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Dr. Omar and his assistant, Odallas were above and beyond very professional and courteous. I have what’s call “Tori” in the bottom of my mouth and when Odallas was taking the bite wing x-rays she was so gentle and got them done very fast and very gentle as to not hurt my mouth. I highly recommend this dentist office for anyone who doesn’t like dental work. Believe me, they are my new dentist now and hopefully forever!!

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Aspen Dental, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Both my spouse and I initially chose this clinic because it was in-network with our dental insurance. However, over the past two years, nearly every routine 6-month appointment has been rescheduled or canceled—often multiple times. It’s been very difficult to receive consistent care. The bigger issue has been their lack of communication around billing and insurance. We were never clearly informed that our insurance would not cover certain services. When I called multiple times to understand the charges, I was repeatedly told they would resubmit claims to insurance, so I trusted that it was being handled. Months later, I was shocked to receive calls from collections. At no point was I properly notified that I had an outstanding balance, nor was I warned that my account would be sent to collections. This was especially frustrating because I made multiple efforts to resolve any balance and was fully willing to pay what insurance didn’t cover. I’ve never had an account sent to collections before, and this experience felt completely avoidable had there been clear and timely communication. Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with a dental provider. Between constant scheduling issues and poor billing communication, both my spouse and I will not be returning.

Affordable dental care and payment plans, providing professional support and services to all, with and without insurance. I had a tooth extraction and the same day I first visited they found time to get it done. The staff was friendly, kind, warm, all the qualities you want in your Drs bedside manner. My visit was so wonderful that I wrote to Bob Fontana the CEO of Aspen dental to remark on what a perfect location this Aspen dental is out of the franchise. Never have I felt so calm and taken care of at a dental office in my life. If you ever need dental work done or a cleaning, I will be recommending this specific location for its incredible and devoted care.
