It was really good. They are quick and efficient and gave me news I really liked. They were all very nice.
My first visit was great! Everyone was so kind and understood my medical issues & needs. All the staff from the first initial contact were courteous & helpful.
I spent from 10am to 715pm driving across the state with 3 damaged teeth from a work accident because they had an opening, I knew going in there was little chance of having same day surgery and mainly needed pain management until the massive dental work could be addressed. These folks took x rays with zero regard to my comfort and an open nerve, after that I might have spoken to a doctor for 3 seconds tops, recieved a quote for work I was not interested in (I was willing to pay for implants) and upon arriving at Walgreens i looked like an idiot because they never flippen called in the script. Don't waste your time with these people. 5 star rating solely because analytics will show more people this review. I give em negative 10. Exept the lady who initially set up my appointment, she was amazingly helpful
Very, friendly and and patient, made the pulling of my teeth very easy and smooth and quick, I was freaking out but they were really nice about it
I love Aspen Dental. I had several questions and concerns about getting lower total implants and Dr. No answered everything and put me completely at ease. Everyone there was super, super nice and professional. I’m looking forward to my new implants.
Outstanding service! Out of town emergency crown came off. They were open on Sat took care of me as a walk-in and saved my weekend from pain! Front office lead Leah and Dental Assistant Edward made what could have been a long painful weekend great again! The office was beautiful and clean. Thank you so much for your help!
I rarely if ever do any reviews. And I think I’ve only given one poor review in the last 10 years, but this was way out of line. This place is a total sales scam. I felt like I was at a bad timeshare presentation. My wife and I recently moved to the area and have always taken good care of our teeth and we’ve seen our Dentist out of AZ every six months for the last 10 years or so. They’ve never mentioned anything about periodontal disease. We go to this place and all of a sudden both my wife and I are diagnosed with periodontal disease with recommended treatments every three months and thousands and thousands of dollars. We were shocked. Thank God, we got a second opinion … found out our teeth are just fine. Matter of fact, my wife got an A+ from our “new”dentist. They said absolutely no sign for either one of us of periodontal disease. Getting back to our initial appointment with Aspen dental. I should’ve known better when I was in the waiting room and they were discussing with an elderly gentleman how much his care was gonna be and how he can make payments and he said I still can’t afford it. It’s way too much. And they just kept talking about payment plans. Anyway, Buyer beware here!!!
Today I was in the Aspen dental in the Bullhead city (we were traveling from the Grand Canyon) , from the beginning the nurse and doctor were nice, I experienced very strong pain in my tooth, and made an appointment in the same day! The screening was free and doctor said that there is no problem with my nerve and suggested me to buy night guard and that’s it! I paid 0 dollar!!! what an awesome clinic and personal! Definitely go to Aspen clinic in my city!
I went to Aspen Dental to get my teeth cleaned. I haven’t been in quite a while. They were very nice and professional. Did tons of X-rays of my teeth and then I talked to a dental hygienist and she told me that I needed a deep cleaning and a crown replaced. Everything was fine till I went to the desk to talk about the cost for the cleaning and the crown. I’m just thinking that the cost for those two things was way too expensive. Granted I haven’t been for a while but I was shocked.
