The crew at Aspen dental in Lexington is THE BEST EVER. From the front desk to the lab tech plus all the assistants, the hygienists and the doctors were all so knowledgeable, kind and caring. I will definitely be coming back here and bringing my entire family. I’m so thankful for this office !!!

In and out in record time. Very professional staff. I felt comfortable from start to finish. Every part of my visit was explained.

Let me start out by saying, the staff there is incredibly comforting and so friendly. They were all so gentle and nice. But I wouldn't consider this facility to be "emergency dentistry". But, for everything else, it seems like they would be great.

Exceptional experience compared to other dentistries here in Kentucky. From front desk, to assistance, to doctor, they have been thorough and informative. Talking with me throughout the whole process, and really clearing up all of my issues. - Logan the hygienest, he was very informative and didn't keep me in the dark as to what he was doing the whole time. Just friendly as well. Thank you all for your time with me. Definitely coming back.

Dental surgery of any kind can be nerve wracking, and depending on the work, can be quite undignifying . The folks at Aspen dental worked above and beyond to make the entire experience as pleasant as possible. They were incredibly welcoming, courteous, professional, understanding, and reassuring through the entire process. They worked hard to ensure I was well informed of all my options during the dental plan and that I was as comfortable as possible leading up to and during the procedure. Alavia at the front desk was incredibly sweet, expedient, very informing and made me feel right at home. Dr Young and dental assistant Alayna on the team were with me from the beginning examination, through the series of visits and the final procedure and follow up. They were consistently on top of their game, and did a fantastic job! Their dentures are a high quality product, and the overall experience was so much better, thanks to this incredible team. I would highly recommend the folks at Aspen Dental. Two very long decades of fighting issues with dental care have been treacherous, but all dental offices I've come in contact with could really learn a thing or two about how to take care of their customers by following Aspen Dental's lead.

I've been going here for I believe 3 years now? Always a lovely time, from the pleasantness of all the reception ladies to the hygienist Logan telling me problem areas while making his job more difficult by making me laugh. They make it a priority to verify if you are going to be present for an appt through multiple methods (texts, calls, emails), which is fantastic for someone as forgetful as I am. Easy to schedule or reschedule appts, always super clean facility, and weirdly enough I've never seen it very busy considering it's a dental office And on Nicholasville road? At most they've had 2 other patients in the waiting room, and usually you're back into the exam rooms within like 5-10 minutes

Thanks so much Aspen Dental team! I have been extremely thankful for the great service I have received lately! The Frankfort, KY team has been taking care of me the past 16 or more years. My teeth had been ugly for most of my life and caused me to not smile or cover it when I did. In 2019, I finally had the rest of my upper teeth extracted after multiple previous extractions and failed root canals from another dental practice. The Aspen team went out of their way having a dentist and hygienist come in on a Saturday to complete the procedure and fitting me with dentures, giving me the best smile ever! Now my bottom teeth have all been removed except for the last seven in the front. Unfortunately the Frankfort office closed but they transferred me to the Lexington team. I have been so impressed with the exceptional care I have received there. They set me up with a perfectly fitting partial after completing a 3D scan of my mouth and then 3D printing them. It is incredibly made of a flexible material that matches my teeth perfectly. Extremely comfortable compared to an older metal type I had before. Just can’t say enough about the outstanding job the entire team did for me! Thank you and keep up the great work!

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The staff was friendly, everything was well organized, and the whole appointment felt easy and stress-free. Sarah, the hygienist, was great. She was thorough but also very gentle, and she explained what she was doing throughout the cleaning. She made the whole visit comfortable and easy. Dr. Young was also excellent. He took the time to walk through everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on without making it feel rushed. Overall just a really positive experience. The team there does a great job, and I’d definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a dentist in Lexington.
