I love the staff and Dr. White with the care and compassion during my appt. Ive had an on-going dental issue that I feel they have listened to me about my feelings along the way. Ive been a long time aspen ridge patient and priority dental on occasion. It is Well worth staying with this dentist office over the years!

I have super messed up teeth and they never make feel like its my fault or that im ugly. They are on my side and they help me to feel pretty which is what I need. The staff is super friendly and always respects what I need. Dr. Emery is amazing! The best dental office i have been at in years. Thank you so much for everything Aspen Ridge Dental Team!

Best dentist visit I have ever experienced.

They made me feel comfortable and the assistant was very sweet and the dentist was very good at what he does. Great communication with everything they were doing. Thank you.

Make sure all the x-rays they take are covered by your insurance, or you get slammed with an extra $100+ per person/child. Just paid $400 in uncovered x-rays even though their website says they'll work with your insurance. They didn't tell me in advance of the extra cost.

"Rejection is God's protection"...this, in reference to my last terrible dentist downtown, at which I've been a pt. for the last 10 years; last two visits (so, last 12 months, 6 apart) DH or dentist herself left early when I'd show up, essentially forcing me to find a new dentist and boy, am I happy I did. The professionalism and care and TECHNOLOGY was like nothing I've ever experienced. No, wham-bam-thank you ma'am...was looked at and over in so many different ways by Dr. Ben. It left me wondering in what capacity my old dentist is working--terrible, unapologetic customer service and same ol' technology from 20 years ago. The assistant, Bri, was so thorough and so completely focused; she was as knowledgeable as the dentist himself. The thoroughness in assessing problems I didn't know I had--so essentially warding off any future issues--is the best out there! Really still wondering why in my exams and x-rays, previous dentist did not catch problems...she most likely set me back a few teeth/years. If this is not the BEST dentist in WY, then can't imagine what 'the best' is doing differently??? SO HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! THANK YOU ARD and Dr. Ben! Holy molar!

Dr. Emery, the assistants and the staff at Aspen Ridge Dental went above and beyond to help me with some issues I had with my teeth. They were very accommodating with getting me in for appointments. Dr. Emery called everyday to make sure my pain was subsiding and that I was getting rest so I could heal. I truly and greatly appreciate them for staying late and doing everything they did to help me.

I put off going to the dentist for way too long because I was embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. I finally went in, and I felt so ashamed during the exam. But the team here met me with nothing but kindness, patience, and zero judgment. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything, and took such good care of me. I had work done the very next day, and now my teeth look and feel amazing. For the first time in a long time, I can actually fully smile and feel proud of it. If you’ve been putting off the dentist because you’re scared or embarrassed, please go. There are places like this that truly care. Thank you for giving me my smile back.

They are the best from the front to the back. This was the 3rd office I tried and as a Dental professional since 2005 I know my stuff. The office is clean and welcoming, they have Christian music playing in the reception area, which I love!! They work with you on the billing, they accommodate you as soon as they can and more importantly they hear your needs, wants and concerns and don't force any treatment on you, they give you alternative options for that treatment that fits your needs. Dr. Emery is the best he really made me feel like I mattered and my concerns mattered and my finances mattered. It was a feeling of the money was not the bottom line he really does want to help you help yourself. He is quick and efficient when it comes to treatment and more importantly to most people it was painless, his injections you can barely feel even without having the topical gel placed. He personally called me after I had a crown prep and root canal done and thought it was just maybe a standard practice to call all new patients , but then he called personally to see how I was doing after my most recent visit for fillings. I have worked in many dental practices and this is not a standard practice that most doctors do and it is just amazing to me that he takes his time himself to do that for his patients. His assistant is very personable and makes you feel like your family and she remembers your name and information about your life even if it has been months since you have been in. I can't speak highly enough of this office and their staff. Thank you Aspen Ridge Dental for giving me a warm, friendly efficient place for all my dental needs it means so much to me to be at a top notch place.

Aspen ridge dental and the staff are absolutely phenomenal. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years since moving to Casper, and had been actively looking to establish but didn’t know which one to choose. I ended up having some check swelling so it pushed me to make an apt, and Aspen ridge had been top on my list because of their reviews. Anyways, I called, they got me in same day, Friday afternoon before the weekend so I didn’t have to suffer. I got lucky enough to see Dr. Emery and his team. They thoroughly checked everything out, X-rays, exam etc to confirm I didn’t have an abscess or anything and Dr Emery got me all fixed up with medicine before the weekend. They have been nothing but kind, and go above and beyond to make you comfortable while doing great work! I had my first filling and cleaning apt today in the morning. Dr. Emery PERSONALLY called me at 7pm that evening, to just check on me and see how I was doing, even after something as minor as a filling!! Talk about amazing patient care. 🙌🏼 To top it off, my hygienist for my cleaning was so sweet & knowledgeable, gave me great cleaning tips, very informative and did an amazing cleaning on my teeth. I cannot recommend these guys enough! They even work with my out of network dental plan and take what the insurance covers. If you’re looking for a dentist and new to the area like I was, and don’t know who to choose - I would highly recommend Aspen Ridge Dental and Dr. Emery & his team, you won’t be disappointed!!!
