اتمنى يهتمون بمتابعة مرضاهم .. يفحصونك ويقولولك روح ولا يرجعون يكلمونك ، دكتور نيفد يقولك ارجع لدكتورك القديم ثقه ما توافق للعلاج مع اني على يقين أن إذا تم شرح الحاله بتقرير طبي ووصف فيه الضرر للمريض وان علاجي الأخير كان قبل 5 سنين ثقه ما بتقصر .. لكن للأسف يرفض اعادة شرح الحاله وتكرار الطلب لثقه ،، يلا خيره ما اتعالج عندهم 🙏🏻

Excellent clinic! I'm being treated by Dr. Naveed; he's exceptional and outstanding. May God grant him success and happiness, and reward him well.
I have no issues about quality of work but we had very bad attitude about appointments arrangement. Appointment was assigned for certain date, later clinic made a call asking to shift it to another day. That was fine, but at the day of appontment we discovered that doctor left on vacation without taking care of sorting out pending appointments. Considering the fact our tavel was adjusted exactly for this date we're not able to get treatment. Reception can't do anything to help sort it out. I want escalate it to the management as unuccaptable attention to customer.
I recently had a dental visit with Dr. Naveed for an extraction and implants, and I’m very pleased with the experience. He was amazing — professional, gentle, and very caring throughout the whole process. I was a bit nervous at first, but he explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. The procedure went smoothly, and surprisingly, it wasn’t very painful. I really appreciate his skill and kindness. Highly recommended!

My husband and I visited Aspetar Dental Clinic today, and I just have to give a special shoutout to the receptionist—I think her name is Kristene (sorry if I’m pronouncing it wrong!). She was so cute, kind, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel at ease with her helpful and cheerful attitude. It really set the tone for the whole visit. What really stood out was how she greeted me with a warm smile, a great attitude, and even offered me a coffee while I waited. That small gesture made a big difference. She’s honestly a gem and deserves to be appreciated!
