I can’t say enough good things about this office! From the second you walk in, you feel calm and know you’re in the right place. They are truly holistic and provide the best dental care we have ever had. Vanessa and all the hygienists are absolutely incredible, and so welcoming and comforting. I have completely gotten over my severe dental anxiety because of this office. They take care of my entire family, and we will never go to another dentist again. Dr Herrmann is wonderful, reassuring and truly an amazing biological dentist who knows his stuff! I recommend everyone we know to go here, and always hear the same things as soon as they go! If you’re looking for a truly knowledgeable biological dentist, this is your place! It’s not a bandaid for your health, it’s true healing!!

There is so much I love about this practice but I will keep it short. I drive 2 hours and 20 minutes one way to get there and it is absolutely worth it. My 3 year old was told by other specialist he needed so much work, and very aggressive treatments I may add, but when I brought him here not only did Dr. Herrman absolutely calm my anxious mind about the situation but he had a much more gentle approach and actually said the situation did not call for such treatment. I love the holistic approach. Dr. Herrman has a wealth of knowledge that you simply don’t get at a regular dentist. The dental assistants and hygienist are so kind and helpful, very welcoming to children. I could not be any happier to have found this practice and trust them with the oral health of my child. This is not your conventional dental approach and that’s what sets them apart!

Warning to future patients: Dr. Herrmann at Assure Smile fitted me for an oral appliance before properly reviewing my CT scan. I experienced pain and serious issues, which I reported multiple times, in person, by phone, email, and text. Despite confirming they received my concerns, neither Dr. Herrmann nor his staff made any effort to help, follow up, or even schedule my regular appointments. This lack of care and disregard for a patient in pain speaks volumes about how they handle the dental needs of their clients.

Ari was absolutely amazing! She explains everything and makes you feel so comfortable. As someone with dental anxiety, she made me feel so comfortable and was so kind and sweet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I came in with a frown and left with a bright smile. This place has amazing service and they know what they’re doing!! Ari was my hygienist. She was very thorough and super friendly. The doctor took his time to explain everything to me in great detail and was very knowledgeable.

I was looking for a biological (holistic) dentist to remove mercury fillings. I am very happy to have found Dr. Theodore Herrmann and Assure a Smile. My first visit was very complete. Assessing my oral health, necessary X-rays and Cone Scan, time to talk, ask questions to the staff and Dr. "Ted". We talked about nutrition, life style, supplements and so much more. As a cancer survivor it was important for me to remove the mercury filings and we set up 3 appointments which went successfully. Dr. Ted is professionsl, knowledgeable, and very experienced. His staff are wonderful. I come back for regular cleanings. On last cleaning visit I told them an old crown popped off 2 days prior. They worked it out so Dr. Ted could see me right after the cleaning and get the crown reattached. Highly recommend Assure a Smile.
