What a joke. Spent hundreds here getting exams and fillings. Within 1 ½ months one filling became loose so I callled to see what they could do about it. They told me I would have to pay for everything all over again. They put me on hold, came back and tried to tell me it was my fault because I grind my teeth but the filling was on the front of my front tooth. I have an over bite and my teeth do not touch there at all. I reluctantly made a new appointment but over the weekend the filling fell off completely! That's when I discovered there was nothing under the filling, no decay, no shaved down spot, just my regular tooth. I was also waiting well over 3 months for insurance to get back about other work and I'm soo glad it never came through or I can guarantee I would be spending even more money fixing your mistakes later on! Absolutely ridiculous to claim to be so family and community oriented yet take advantage of all these people. I can see your reviews aren't looking so hot and your responses to the bad reviews just make it all worse! Your responses show you cannot take accountability for anything! It is wild. One person's review only shows their first name "Chris" and you say "we don't have records of you being a patient" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Don't even come for me because I am about to post pictures and PROOF. You do shoddy work. You over charge. You work slow. You don't care about patients. The desk staff is unprofessional and rude. (Nurses were nice enough) These bad reviews are good signs to stay far away!! Some of the "good reviews" are clearly A.I. ... "I've never written a review before buut... (insert perfectly written A.i. generated review, posted by probably an employee or friend) " I assume to try to counteract the real, true CUSTOMER reviews. We aren't just patients, we are paying customers. I will be taking my braces money elsewhere and telling everyone I know to stay far away as well. Again, what a joke. Edit and response to your nothing reply : Yes I absolutely have the right office! Like I said, I have proof and in that is screen shots of my call log with your phone number showing when the calls were, and how long the calls were. I have texts from you stating price for a retainer at one price and you quoted me higher when I called about it. I have photos of my myself, my front teeth taken IN YOUR OFFICE CHAIR before my filling, pictures of the work after, pictures of the FILLINGS YOU PUT ON MY TOOTH THAT SIMPLY FELL OFF. All that have times and dates. ssoooo do you want me to continue and post everything I have? Or are you going to start taking accountability on these reviews? Actually, I will be escalating this issue with some 3rd parties......

My 2 kids have been long time patients at this dental office. I have since relocated to Gwinnett County 9 yrs ago and I still commute every 6 months for their dental care. My daughter had wisdom tooth removal surgery this morning. They took such good care of her from the beginning to the end. I've always been pleased with their care and the staff is great. My daughter told me you all deserve 5 stars because she said everyone was really nice to her. I was able to be with her until the surgeons came in to begin. Thank you so much for making sure she was good and safe coming down from the medication and the post op care phone call I received to check on her. Thanks again ❤️!

Everyone was just great! From scheduling through my procedure. I had used this dentist group 19 years prior but had moved. Now back in athens and needing immediate dental work I looked up an old friend. No its not a brand new building or facilities but it is homey and sufficient. A couple of the nurses were still there from years back. I had had chemo and immuno therapy. These treatments had cured my illness but destroyed my teeth. Several teeth were broken off at the gum line, and a few teeth ready to break. Staff and Dr Miller were awesome. No pain! A little discomfort and bleeding which is to be expected. I’m writing this review 15 hours after the surgery! Hats off to Dr . Miller and team!! The last couple of years have been a journey and a blessing. I continue to be blessed!!!!! Thanks guys for being apart of my blessing!!!!

Please do not bring your children here. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed last year and the whole experience was traumatizing for both of us. She woke up from anesthesia crying and a staff member (female) put her hands over her mouth covering it and told her to shut up she was disturbing the other patients. My daughter has diagnosed asthma and anxiety and they knew this!!! My daughter was able to tell me specific details of what the staff said and did to her and I know 100% she remembers the experience accurately. I filed a complaint with the board of dentistry but never heard anything back but parents please 🙏 do not bring your children here. It is not safe for them. These people think that because there are no cameras & patients get sedated & nobody will believe a “child” over all of them that they won’t be caught. I wish I would have pressed charges on the female staff member that put her hands on my child. She should not work with people ESPECIALLY CHILDREN.

I had an abscess tooth, my face was swollen and I was in so much pain. I called to make an appointment, couldn't get one for almost a week, so I took my own antibiotics and got rid of the infection before the appointment. I still went, because I need to have the tooth removed. They were supposed to send this to my insurance to see how much I'd have to pay out of pocket and give me a call..... It's been almost 2 months and I haven't heard a word back from them. I'll be finding a different dentist.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed, and despite being told I could stay until he fell asleep, the doctor abruptly asked me to leave the moment he arrived even though my son wasn't out yet. The nurses then made unprofessional comments about me after I left that my son heard and then they laughed about it including calling me a "helicopter mom" and then he told me they used profanity while getting him in the wheelchair. While the procedure was efficient, the bedside manner was lacking. I would caution others, especially parents of sensitive children, any children with disabilities, or matter of fact any child at all because it's uncalled for so I would say to consider an alternative. Because my son heard all of this, and I didn't tell my son anything about the things he heard me say to the doctor, all while the doctor is sayingI have to go, times up get out we're on a time limit here, he's asleep I was trying to explain well sir he can't be because literally when he walked in she was injecting my son. I thought I could stay in there until he fell asleep because that's what I was told. Thankfully everything went well during surgery but I didn't get to get a proper goodbye just to my son so while he is supposedly out, he heard all of that uncindness then all of the bashing by the nurses when I moved from the front waiting area to the closest one to my son. Please consider going somewhere else if you want some kindness and a better bedside manner. I don't usually ever ever ever leave a review but for the next parent please consider somewhere else. I'm thankful my child is older but I could not imagine a younger child sitting there listening to someone bash their parent. My son he said he kept trying to say don't talk about my mama like that but he said words couldn't come out of his mouth. My son is a child of God and he along with our entire family is praying for this facility to learn to love and show kindness.
