I had a great first experience at Atlanta Dentistry by Design! I was able to get an emergency appointment very quickly and the team even fit me in for a cleaning when I arrived. All of the team members are kind, friendly and helpful. My hygienist Jamie was wonderful, professional and communicative about the process. Overall a 10/10 experience!

I went years without seeing a dentist (awful prior experiences followed by really bad insurance) before coming here. The first three cleanings I had were quick and easy, no problems at all. They didn't try to up charge me or say I have 7 different cavities and need 3 teeth pulled etc etc. I was only advised to consider getting my teeth aligned when I specifically asked if there was anything I could do to keep my teeth healthy. I got a quote and when I said I'd have to save for it, there was zero pressure to go further in the process and they've never called, emailed, or asked when I'm going to get my teeth aligned with them. The reception staff are always very friendly and welcoming, the wait area is CLEAN and I never have to wait more than 3-5 minutes. I recently got a cavity filled, my first ever, and I was very nervous about it. The dentist who saw the cavity reassured me that it's a very small one and there's no rush to do anything about it. I still elected to get it taken care of the very next week. Everyone involved was very professional and efficient with the work. I've had dental work done before where I just had the numbing injected into my gums. I have a mild needle phobia (enough that I panic about flu shots, but will still get them) so this was always highly distressing. This time, the dentist sprayed a topical numbing solution on the spot first THEN injected local anesthetic. My mind was BLOWN. It still hurt a bit, but it wasn't the agonizing stabbing sensation I'd experienced previously. Overall, I highly recommend ADBD for dentistry work. I live OTP, about 45 minutes away, but I will make the drive for the quality of service and care.

Excellent, friendly and competent staff. Hygienist, Leslie, was gentle and did an excellent job. I will see her again for my deep cleaning. Dr. Freeman spent the time to discuss future procedures.

I have received excellent care from Dr Freeman and his team. I am a new patient and needed a crown asap. I was treated like I've been a patient for years. Everyone is awesome. And again the care I received was the best. A patient for life now.
