Dr Yeates hope I’m spelling it right but he made me feel comfortable an he listened to my concerns . Every concern I had he addressed an updated me on my health which was great but I just love the fact he actually listened . Thanks for making my appointments about me again

Great service, the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend. Dr. Hill was very caring and understanding and she genuinely cared about my needs.

I love this particular facility especially my pcp, Dr. Meardon. Really all the staff there is kind and polite, and very professional, as well as caring. I've been going there since 2010, and I wouldn't change it for the world

Everything was great! I was in and out in great time. I asked all the questions to provider(Dr T Clark) who patiently answered them all. I enjoyed my visit on 6/9/26.

I scheduled a new patient appointment with Dr. Clark on March 27, 2026, for a May 8, 2026 visit. After waiting over a month, completing the new patient process & confirming my appointment the day prior, I received a call the DAY OF the appointment informing me that “the schedule got messed up” and Dr. Clark would not be in the office. I was then told the next available appointment for Dr. Clark or anyone in the network within a 8-mile radius would not be until June. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, transparency, and advance notice. After waiting this long, I would have expected better scheduling coordination and patient consideration.

I was pleasantly surprised in my experience. Being new to the Charlotte area and public assistance, I had no preconceived conceptions of what I would experience, so I went in without expectations. Upon walking in, I was greeted and assisted to the appropriate location for my care appt. I didn't wait longer than 15 mins to be seen. All of the staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. All of the attitudes were positive, calm, and happy. My new PCP, Dr. Cynthia Hill was amazing! She asked all the right questions, we talked extensively, she made me feel comfortable and at home, and she put my mind at ease. I love when a doctor shows their humanity and compassion and she was just that....compassionate, funny, and she cared, and I felt cared for and cared about. I left feeling elated, supported, and hopeful to build a future relationship, as the building of that relationship began with my first visit. Thank you to all of the staff that was there in support of my needs and the needs of others. I would recommend Biddle Point Atrium.

Dr. Hendrix & staff are awesome. They work quickly to see you and complete your appointment but are appropriately thorough leaving no health concern unanswered. I’m glad I chose this location for my care.

Dr. Cynthia Hill was very attentive and easy to be honest with. Also my nurse Monique was awesome....very in tune and knowledgeable. Also we are thanksgiving babies.
