No downtown one-way system, no hunting for a meter. That is a small thing until you are arriving with a car seat, a stroller or a wheelchair, at which point it is the whole visit. Families in southeast Aurora, Montgomery, Oswego and the eastern subdivisions have the shortest run. The schedule is strictly weekday: 9 to 5 Monday through Thursday and a half day on Friday to noon, with nothing at the weekend, so working parents tend to take either the first appointment of the morning or the last of the afternoon.
General dentistry is the base of the practice, with cleanings, fillings, whitening, braces and clear aligners, implants, and a clear emphasis on children and on patients who find dental treatment difficult, including those with special dental needs. Implants are placed for adults missing single teeth or larger spans. Placement seats a titanium fixture in the jawbone, the bone locks around it across several months, and an abutment and crown are built on top of it afterwards. Cost varies more than most people expect, driven by whether the site needs grafting, how much bone height remains, and which tooth is being replaced, so a figure quoted before imaging is only ever an estimate. For patients without dental insurance the practice runs a membership plan with discounted fees and no deductibles or waiting periods, and it also operates a mobile service for community health screenings.
