In the last five years, i've also got me pretty substantial period down all disease.Secondary to another disease process in medications. I'd had the same dentist for 35 years So was embarrassed when I went to this one.Have you to explain missing teeth etc. But the Sears made me feel very comfortable.

I had my same-day crowns put in a couple of days ago, and because my mouth was numbed when I was here, I had to come back for a final slight adjustment to get the bite just right. I was able to get in within an hour of calling. So fast!! Nadya, my dental assistant, was so kind and helpful in helping me get my crown to fit just right. She did a great job and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Love this place so much!

This dental office is a scam—buyer beware. From my experience, their focus seems to be on maximizing revenue rather than doing what’s best for patients. I had concerns from my very first visit but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, two major red flags confirmed those concerns. First, my explanation of benefits showed they attempted to bill my insurance for multiple treatments, the majority of which were denied. Most denials cited “insufficient evidence” or that the procedures were not medically necessary. I have strong insurance coverage through a Fortune 500 company, and I am very familiar with my plan—I know that the majority of medically necessary treatments, as well as many additional procedures, are typically covered. That’s why these denials immediately raised concerns. The second red flag occurred during a follow-up visit when they told me I needed a surgical deep cleaning. My wife, who is currently in dental hygiene school, questioned this recommendation. When we called the office for clarification, the front desk staff could not provide a clear explanation and used vague language like “most likely” and “based on.” That’s unacceptable—procedures of that level should be clearly justified and necessary, not speculative. Unsurprisingly, the claim was denied by insurance due to lack of sufficient evidence, and they then attempted to bill me directly. I strongly recommend avoiding this office unless you want to risk unnecessary procedures and billing issues.

I have enjoyed my time with this practice. Dr. Sear has squeezed me in for emergency same day appointments, the staff is always polite and professional, and the quality of dental service is excellent. I have had a few insurance hiccups (mainly attributed to the insurance company) but overall, I would definitely recommend.

The care team here is so thorough and it's clear they care about whole body health. The saliva testing and education around oral health / whole body health is not something I'd ever encountered before -- super cool. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something different than you've ever had before.

I had a great experience at Aurora Village Dental Group. Dr. Tara performed a very thorough and professional exam and clearly explained everything she found. She outlined a treatment plan without any pressure, which I really appreciated. The staff was welcoming, and the office felt clean and well organized. The whole visit was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for honest and professional dental care.

I had a table fall on my face and broke one of my front teeth. I knew of Dr. Sears before, but saw her at a truck or treat and remembered to give her a call. The office is also an emergency office and they were able to repair and reconnect my tooth with precision and care. I am so grateful for Dr. Sears and her team. From the first call after hours to giving payment at the end, this office was so caring, compassionate and professional. Highly highly highly suggest.

I’ve had a terrific experience with the team at Aurora Village Dental Group in the last couple years—I wish I would have discovered their practice sooner. Dr. Sears, assistant Marlene, hygienist Christina, and coordinator Alejandra all get five stars, a standing “O”, and my heartfelt gratitude for their expertise, professionalism, and maybe most important to me, their kindness. In their office and under their care, I am treated with empathy and compassion, and as an intelligent human being. Take a bow! I especially appreciate the detailed explanations and the care everyone takes to make sure I understand the issues, the process, and the expected outcomes. Special mention to Dr. Dijana, the endodontist in this group. Her calm assuredness and gentle touch dispels the anxiety and fear of a root canal to an uncommon degree. Much appreciated! Final observation—it appears to this patient that the entire team at Aurora Village work effortlessly and harmoniously together. The vibe in their office is always unstressed, cooperative, and welcoming. I’m very pleased to recommend them. Thank you.

After a very terrible experience at a different dentist office, my friend referred me to Dr. Sears and it was very worth it! The entire office was so helpful and Dr. Sears explained things thoroughly and seems to genuinely care about her patients. Alyssa at the front desk was very thorough in explaining the fees and what steps were best for me financially. A great experience! :)
