In the approximately five years of dental care Austex Dental has provided me, every visit and services rendered have been excellent. Austex is the best!! Makayala, my dental hygienist is amazing!!! As one with tooth issues, she did an amazing job !! Laura, in the front office, always makes sure what my balance is and is currently helping me get my HSA to approve an electric toothbrush!! Dr. Liana amd Dr Ding are the best!! We were their customer for 6 years. I get a bill 10 months after my son had sealants (which I was told were covered) for almost 200usd. I love the doctor but get ready for $$ surprises and an uncooperative office staff **Following the response from your office, who did not bother to call . Your receptionist CHECKED the insurance as you IN network and told me it would be FREE and included. She was not knowledgeable enough to see it will be free if 2 years passed (at the time only 1 year and 9 months passed)This is not miscalculation, this is deceit.
Dr. Ding and his team are the best! All the team members are welcoming and friendly. I recently saw Dr. Ding as a new patient because I was experiencing a toothache. They were able to get me in quickly and the procedure went incredibly smooth and was painless. His assistant made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend!
