After a year-long difficult journey to resolve some of my issues, I ultimately found myself at their office and they have not only improved my dental health but did so with the care and consideration that I wish I’d received elsewhere.

Really great experience. Dr Shah took time to actually explain everything clearly and didn’t rush the visit. They also took better angled X-rays, which ultimately showed that the treatment another provider was recommending wasn’t necessary. I appreciated the thoroughness, honesty, and attention to detail. Felt like a very trustworthy and patient-centered approach.

Dr. Shah and his whole staff (admittedly, I've only met 3 of the those ladies so far) are all very nice, kind, and patient. In the comfortable chair, I've had almost no pain whatsoever. And I'll be going back for various problems. I've had many dental problems all my life, and some terrible experiences with some dentists. So I'm always nervous going to a "new" one. But my family and I had the same excellent dentist and really good guy for 20 years (this coming August). So when I couldn't go to him any longer, my mind returned to earlier years and bad experiences. So I asked my "old" dentist to recommend somebody. Well, when HE goes to a dentist, he sees Dr. Neal Shah. While they may be friends, and recommend each other, they may or may not use each other's services. That affirmation was all I needed. Now I can say, all my fears were totally allayed by Dr. Shah. I have been treated gently and have some beautiful sturdy crowns to show off. And yes, he's expensive compared to clinics with 24 doctors at various locations. But he's definitely worth it.
