I seriously want to shout from the rooftops how thankful I am for Austin Dental Spa and my experience here. I am SO nervous when it comes to the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable from the second I walked in. I originally came in for a cleaning and had such a good experience that I came back to get composite side veneers done, and I already want to go back again. Dr. Froelich is seriously an angel on earth. She was so warm, kind and patient with me and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I also wish I remembered the names of the two hygienists who helped me, one was blonde and one was brunette, because they were both AMAZING and supported me so much through everything. They have massages, laughing gas and just do everything they can to make you comfortable, especially if you’re someone like me who gets really nervous at the dentist. I also had a work call during my filling that I knew I had to take, and they were so accommodating about stopping and letting me take it. I know that was probably not ideal in the middle of a procedure and I was so thankful for how understanding they were. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Dr. Froelich and everyone there. I have never felt this comfortable at a dentist before and I am just so grateful for how they treated me. I went from being terrified of the dentist to literally wanting to go back again. Thank you guys SO much!!!

I had the absolute best experience at Austin Dental Spa! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so genuine, welcoming, and kind. You immediately feel like you’re being treated like a friend or family member rather than just another patient. Dr. Froehlich was incredibly thorough, honest, and efficient, and I really appreciated the open communication. She took the time to explain all of my options and was very clear about what I actually needed, and what I didn’t need. The entire experience was so comfortable and relaxed that I honestly forgot I was at the dentist! I’m so glad I found Dr. Froehlich who I genuinely trust and actually look forward to seeing. I couldn’t recommend them more!

This establishment has left me speechless! From our initial phone conversation making my first appointment, to the welcome, friendly staff, knowledgeable assistant and dentist, etc. Where my mind was blown, was the level of comfort that is offered. They go above and beyond to accommodate you. I felt I knew my dental assistant for years on our first visit. 100% recommend! Let’s just say Dental “Spa” lives up to the hype. The people here are very kind and thoughtful, they explain everything thoroughly and are clear about options you have, too. And of course, the really thoughtful amenities help you feel at ease while they do dental work.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. DeCoursin and the entire team at Austin Dental Spa. From the moment I walked in, the office was absolutely immaculate, beautifully designed, and immediately put me at ease. The attention to detail is next level, from the refreshment offerings to the chair massage and warm neck pillows, which made the entire visit feel more like a luxury experience than a dental appointment. The staff was flawless. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Dr. DeCoursin is truly an artist. She reshaped my veneers perfectly. The precision and care taken throughout the process exceeded my expectations, and the results speak for themselves. If you are looking for a dentist who combines top-tier clinical expertise with an elevated, client-focused experience, this is it. I would recommend Dr. DeCoursin and her team without hesitation.
