The quality of the work is excellent, and the whole team is professional, friendly, and clearly great at what they do. The entire experience, start to finish, is smooth and stress free. I can't recommend them highly enough. Five stars all the way!

Dr. Jaros and her team are the best dental professionals in Austin

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. Before scheduling my appointment, I specifically asked whether my insurance would cover the visit, and I was told that it would. Based on that information, I felt comfortable moving forward. However, after my appointment (X-rays and evaluation), I was unexpectedly told that I had to pay $357 out of pocket upfront. This was never explained to me beforehand, and it felt very misleading. If I had been given accurate information from the beginning, I would have made a different decision. The staff was polite, but that does not make up for the lack of transparency regarding costs and insurance handling. It is very important for a healthcare provider to be clear and honest with patients about financial responsibilities. I would not recommend this office if you value honesty and clear communication about billing.

The best dentist in Austin. Dr. Jarros is SO kind, so thorough and so knowledgeable. She cares about your safety, your experience and doing a good job. I've seen a few dentists in Austin before finally finding ADW and trust them more than any other.

Dr. Jaros was my dentist for a few years when I lived in Austin. Although they had a clean facility, I questioned their staff experience. A hygienist once bent my permanent retainer while cleaning and my tooth began to shift. Another time, when whitening, a hygienist forgot to turn on the UV light for 30 minutes. The dentist is early in her practice and although her bedside manner was satisfactory, I did not feel as though she was the best dentist I’ve ever had. Overall, I’d softly recommend Dental Works if a more experienced dentist is unavailable.

I cannot recommend Austin Dental Works enough! They are truly the nicest and most incredibly friendly people I have ever met. From the moment you walk in, it is clear that this isn't just a job for them. They genuinely love what they do and it shows in how they treat their patients. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. If you are looking for a dental practice that combines high level expertise with a warm and human touch, this is the place!
