Dr. Galian, and his staff continue to amaze me as to their efficiency, friendly disposition, and upmost professionalism making a visit to the endodontist as positive experience as one could ask. I found Dr. Galian, to be very skilled and methodical in his approach to treatment I would highly recommend this practice for any type of endodontic work necessary. Both of his practice locations are easy and easy out and very comfortable settings. Kudos to the entire team!

I love this office so much! I must first thank Stephanie, who was able to get me in the next day rather than postpone my appointment due to the doctor being on my originally scheduled date. I'm so glad she did, because the pain was increasing. Dr. Ganne was extremely kind and amazingly fast as others have mentioned. I appreciate that the cost and treatment plan were established up front, even though I'll require a second visit. They also have wonderful in-office financing so the payments are spaced out for a year with no interest. There was some pain for the first 2 days afterward, it was manageable with Advil and was completely gone in 2 days, what a relief! I'm grateful to Ashley, Stephanie and Dr. Ganne for their kind and competent treatment. Getting a root canal is never a pain-free process, but this office really made me feel valued and special.

Great Dr., friendly staff! They have scheduling problems, I waited an hour in the chair before I saw the Dr., then waited 20 after being numbed. The assistant looked at my x rays early in the wait, said, “Boy, this is going to be some root canal!” Not a reassuring comment for me to be waiting, thinking about.

Very Irresponsible!! About two months ago, I had inflammation around my tooth and went here for a root canal. I asked the dentist whether they thought I should have root canal treatment or extract the tooth and replace it with an implant. She said, we can save the tooth so you should have the root canal treatment and get a crown. Two weeks later when I get my crown, the inflammation and pus came back. She told me to wait a month because the swelling should go away. After a month, I went back, but they told me that the dentist who treated me no longer worked there. Another dentist prescribed antibiotics, but they didn’t help. Now they are telling me to get the tooth extracted. I’ve already spent several thousand dollars on treatment and crown, but now they’re telling me to get the tooth extracted and get an implant!

I had an excellent experience with my endodontist and her entire staff. Everyone was prompt, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. Dr. Ganne clearly explained the diagnosis and treatment plan, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The treatment was virtually painless, and the entire team created a calm, relaxed, and reassuring environment. I truly appreciate the outstanding care I received and highly recommend this practice.

Today I received a great experience with Dr. Francesca Daigle, she is knowledgeable and very professional and did my root canal perfectly as well as her lovely assistant Jessica she is very professional and kind and would like to add that I front seat did amazing job by helping me with everything and provided me with all the information that I needed. I recommend this clinic to everyone 👍

Dr. Galian and Isabel were compassionate and very professional explaining the cause of my issue and the procedure to be done. I am a new patient and they were able to accommodate me due to the pain I was having. I will recommend Austinendo to anyone who needs endodontics treatment. Thank you team 🙏
