Austin Family Dentistry has integrity. When my insurance changed, I tried a different place nearby with a cheap new patient special. Although I haven't had a cavity in decades, they wanted to redo every filling in my mouth and give me a crown. Several thousand dollar estimate. I went back to Dr. Austin and paid out of pocket for a second opinion. NO WORK NEEDED. I will continue to pay out of pocket to stay with Austin Family Dentistry. I later watched a video by "More Perfect Union" on YouTube that explains dental scams so now, I get it. Thank you Dr. Austin.

Dr Austin is a great Dentist! I have been with his practice since the very beginning. The staff is amazing. They always find away to fit me in if I’m needing emergent care. The hygienists and assistants are always helpful and proficient. Dr Austin is knowledgeable professional and proficient in his skills. Progressive when need be and conservative with your care and not doing unnecessary procedures. I love going to Austin Family Dentistry
I was very impressed with Austin Family Dentistry. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Dr Austin made me feel very comfortable and I appreciate his conservative approach to the treatment I need.
Austin Family Dentistry is very professional yet very friendly. They truly know what they're doing and my hygienist was extremely careful and working on my teeth I had zero pain or discomfort which is not that common. Dr Austin was friendly and professional at the same time. I think there's maybe a little bit too much concern about covid era distancing but I can look past that no problem. I highly recommend them!
This was my first visit to Austin Family Dentistry. I came away thoroughly impressed and a happy customer. Check-in was great. My Dental Hygienist was a 10 out of 10. Final visit by the dentist was everything one would expect from a first-rate practice. If you’re looking for an exceptional experience at a Dentist, this should be your first call!
A great experience from the start to finish. Friendly staff, professional, and attention to details. I felt well taken care of, high skill level and clean inside/modern design of office. Everyone was kind, the doctor and dental hygienist were very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. My wife and I enjoyed working with Lexie. You can tell they really care and it’s not just a job to them. Thank you!
