Just had a cleaning/check-up. The service at Austin Hills Dental is great. Dr. Byrnes is knowledgeable, positive, and easy to talk to. Her staff, Ashley and Amanda, are friendly and helpful. My teeth are somewhat sensitive and there was no discomfort at all when I had my teeth cleaned.
Dr. Brynes is so sweet and friendly and really took the time to listen to my concerns. The entire staff makes you feel right at home and I've never felt more comfortable. Can't recommend this office enough! PS I love my botox!

The ladies here are so nice! And very thorough when it came to the dental exam and teeth polishing. My teeth feel very clean after my visit. So happy I found this dentist after moving to Bee Cave.

The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Byrnes, Amanda and Ashley were incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough. They took the time to explain each step of my visit and answered all my questions without rushing. I really appreciated how they made my comfort a top priority throughout the appointment. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and genuine care for their patients. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, I feel confident I’m in great hands every time I come in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dental team!
I was so disappointed to hear about Dr Ayres leaving the practice but have met Dr. Byrnes and she is extremely thorough, very up to date on all modern dental procedures and listens very well. I just had a small cosmetic procedure completed and my smile looks amazing! I can’t believe I waited so long! Her staff is great too! I’m looking forward to getting the rest of my much needed dental work completed soon.
