I had a great experience here! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. They attended to me quickly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step. I really appreciated how patient they were and that they gave me plenty of time to ask all of my questions and address any concerns I had.

I went to Austin primary dental the other day, and Dr. Rosanna was excellent. She did my sealants and cleaned my teeth. Everything was great service from entrance to leaving. I would recommend this dentist to anyone in need of a dentist.

I have been a patient at Austin Primary Dental for some time now and I could not be more satisfied. The entire team is warm, welcoming and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. The dentists are highly skilled and take the time to explain everything clearly before any treatment. The office is modern, spotlessly clean and equipped with up to date technology. Appointments are always on time and the whole experience is as comfortable as a dental visit can possibly be. I used to dread going to the dentist but this practice has completely changed that. Absolutely the best dental care I have ever received.

LOVE LOVE this dentist!! Staff is super friendly and I'm not a huge fan of teeth cleaning (who is??) but I felt super comfortable the whole time. The doctor was very professional and overall a very nice experience, 10/10 would recommend!

I, like many others, detest going to the dentist. However, my experience here has been incredibly positive. The service is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. When I entered the office, I was greeted with warm smiles, and my cleaning left me feeling refreshed, not sore or prodded. The dentist herself is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She came in to check me out, and I could tell she truly understood her work. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care.

About a month ago I came here for a cleaning, I heard on their speakers the commercial about Immigrants going back to their country (maybe the radio, so I ignored it) A few weeks later I came here to bring my sister, and I see Sydney Sweenie magazine, front and center. (again maybe they just get it in the mail, I didn’t assume anything) it wasn’t until the receptionist turned on the tv, struggled with it for about 5 minutes and CHOSE Fox News to play on full blast, talking about “our president is saving Venezuela” (mind you it’s ONLY me and her in the waiting area at this point) so I asked her to turn it off which she did. If we’re going to push a political agenda, why is it a hateful one? this was sketchy thing number three, so I decided I didn’t want to be here. Later my sister comes out and they had failed to tell her that her process was TWO PARTS until they were finished with part one. That they needed to send off a crown to the lab, so she had a temporary crown for two whole weeks. So after I had decided to not return here, we HAD to come back. I needed the same procedure and found that other dentist practices can do it in one sitting. (Austin modern dentistry, down the road, does the root canal crowns in office same day and it’s about the same price I went to them a day after the Fox News incident for my own crown and everything was good) Safe to say I did not make my next cleaning appointment here and will not return. If you don’t mind a place with racist undertones then the staff is pretty friendly. They’re also friendly at Austin Modern Dentistry, and there’s no weird commercials, or conservative news outlets (:
