Dishonest and unprofessional. Apparently it's perfectly fine to take over $2,000 of a patient's money, quote them 2 weeks for a crown, and then proceed to ignore them for over a month. Who cares.
Super friendly and gentle . Great experience
I was extremely nervous since this was my first time going alone but they ot very simple and relaxing! Would come again for any future issues l.
Professional staff. Clean facilities
Dr. Virk and his staff were excellent in providing quick and painless root canal service with a low-cost in-house dental insurance option.
I went and they had me talked into getting implants and red light therapy for my gums and a whole lot of stuff to the tune of thousands of dollars and I did not get my bottom mouth cleaned because I needed a deep clean which costs me money. I canceled a future appointment and they billed me 80 I told them to adjust my balance. I don't owe them anything and I will be calling my insurance company to dispute the bill. Dawn Reeves
Had my first visit at ADC North and the office staff was so friendly and Dr Virk was amazing! From the call placed to make an emergency appointment with the office manager Laura to the phenomenal dental asst Morgan a dreaded broken old crown became a tooth extraction and implant placed.! I am a big scarycat and baby when it comes to my mouth lol but I didn’t feel a thing!!! Dr and Morgan explained everything and were so patient and so fast it was over before I knew it! Thanks to each of you for being so kind and under standing. Having been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, 2 rounds of chemotherapy and 2 years of immune therapy has unfortunately not been nice to my teeth and gums. Missing my 6month regular check ups and cleanings was not the most intelligent thing I could’ve done that’s for sure!!! Avenue dental care did not make me feel embarrassed or ashamed for my very stupid choice! LAURA was very helpful in Reviewing my treatment plan and financial obligations and options as Morgan and Dr.Virk prioritized my treatment plan. Looks like I will be moving in one of the chairs for the next 6 months hahahah thanks again t my new forever dental home!! See you all soon 😍😜 Chareise R
Called about a possible infection from my wisdom teeth. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They got me in the same day. Ended up getting antibiotics and scheduling to get them out the next week. Dr. Coulter was wonderful as I was very nervous to have my wisdom teeth out and her assistant was also very kind, professional, and reassuring. I have never had a better experience at any dentist. Thank you Avenue Dental!
I previously left a positive review for this office years ago when I was under the care of Dr. Jackson, who is no longer with the practice. I am now retracting all support for Avenue Dental due to serious harm I experienced under Dr. Burke. After investing thousands of dollars into crowns, fillings, and root canals, I’ve had continuous problems with their work failing, including multiple crowns falling off and fillings not lasting. The most recent visit left me physically and emotionally traumatized. Dr. Burke re-cemented a crown, then forcefully pried it off without warning, and began aggressively scraping my tooth before anesthesia took effect. I have diagnosed PTSD and a serious neck condition, and the way he handled my face and jaw left me in pain and triggered severe trauma. Despite telling them clearly that I didn’t want any further invasive treatment, I was later told I now need a root canal on a tooth that had no symptoms before the visit. I was charged nearly $400 for a temporary fix and left physically worse off. I have since filed a formal complaint with the Washington State Dental Commission. This is not just a bad experience, it reflects a pattern of failed work, unethical billing, and a serious disregard for patient consent and well-being. I no longer recommend this practice to anyone. If you value your health, seek care elsewhere.
