Everyone was very nice, office was well-kept and clean, and my teeth look better than ever!

I am very disappointed in this clinic, I got my teeth whitening and there was no difference between my previous teeth and the whitening and the girl told me to wait 2 days and it will change and I did and there was absolutely no difference for which I payed 300 out of my own pocket. Another thing is I asked them to cancel my next appointment and they haven’t and I received a bill home for not showing to my appointment for which I cancelled by the way and I am not the type to not show up for appointments and I’m thinking I cancelled the appointment but they haven’t and they charged me for not showing up!

The Team here was a pleasure to work with. My girl Brenda on the cleanings and Dr. Burk and Alina helping me out with the other maintenance on my dumpster fire of a mouth haha. Super friendly, highly recommend.

Apparently it's perfectly fine to take over $2,000 of a patient's money, quote them 2 weeks for a crown, and then proceed to ignore them for over a month. Who cares. Let me be more clear. I called after 2 1/2 weeks and was told the crown was not there. Somehow the valley office was able to determine that the crown actually had been delivered to your office. The valley staff went above and beyond by driving out to your north office, picking up my crown and installing it for me at their office. So for you to say the shipment was delayed, well, it wasn't. Honesty and accountability are important.

I had a great experience here. The tooth i had pulled was out in less than a minute. They have a great attitude and were very friendly.

Dr. Virk and his staff were excellent in providing quick and painless root canal service with a low-cost in-house dental insurance option.

I went and they had me talked into getting implants and red light therapy for my gums and a whole lot of stuff to the tune of thousands of dollars and I did not get my bottom mouth cleaned because I needed a deep clean which costs me money. I canceled a future appointment and they billed me 80 I told them to adjust my balance. I don't owe them anything and I will be calling my insurance company to dispute the bill. Dawn Reeves
