I had a very disappointing experience at Axon Clinic. The level of service provided was extremely poor, and the way patients are treated especially by the front desk staff is unacceptable. This is a medical facility, not a game zone, yet it felt like the front desk team was playing with people’s lives rather than taking their responsibilities seriously. I was told by Dr. Balsam Makki, whom I deeply appreciate and thank for her genuine care and effort, that I might have appendicitis a potentially serious condition. She advised that the next steps required insurance approval. Shockingly, the front desk repeatedly failed to submit the request to my insurance, even after several days and multiple visits. How can such a critical task be “forgotten”? It’s their job, and lives depend on their efficiency. I visited the clinic for four days, and throughout those visits, the treatment I received was careless and frustrating. It’s very concerning to see this level of irresponsibility in a healthcare environment. To anyone reading this: I DO NOT RECOMMEND Axon Clinic based on my experience. While there are good doctors like Dr. Balsam Makki trying their best, the overall system especially the front desk is badly mismanaged even one of them was watching movie while I was struggling for my health and could seriously endanger lives due to their negligence.

Very good doctors and very good staff

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Shilpa for the exceptional care and guidance she provided to my wife throughout her pregnancy journey. Her professionalism, compassion, and attention to every detail gave us immense comfort and confidence during this important phase of our lives. Though we understand she has now moved to another clinic, we remain deeply thankful for the positive impact she had on our journey to parenthood. Her support and reassurance made all the difference.

I have been visiting Axon Clinic for some time, and while the services were satisfactory in the past, there has been a noticeable decline in recent visits. The reception staff now display unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior, which significantly affects the overall patient experience. There are long waiting times for both registration and consultation, even when appointments are booked in advance. The quality of medical consultation has also diminished, with doctors appearing inattentive and lacking thoroughness in their assessments. Furthermore, the quantity of prescribed medicines seems excessive and raises concerns about unnecessary medication. Overall, the clinic no longer meets the standards it once upheld.

I am in the clinic at the moment, availing a free consultaion on going. Making this kind of event are helpfull to everyone, they also giving away a Pediasure formula for babies 1 to 10 years old. Staffs Nurses and Doctors are kind and accomodating. Overall my experience is awesome. Thank you AXON Medica DSO branch. Salute

Dr shilpa is,avery kind gynecologist , not because I am working with her in axon medica but because she is dealing well with all kind of pts and she deliver me last December.. I know its very late review for her but am adding to thank here for my thin scar for Cs section .thanks Dr shilpa 🥰

Such a peaceful environment and Doctor Suji is so humble and helpful. She has a good experience and before giving any medication, she completely understands our concerns first and then proceed, which makes us very comfortable with her.
