I had the best experience at my appointment today! Kimberly was my hygienist and she made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She took time to have meaningful conversation with me which put me at ease during my appointment. Dr. Vowell was fabulous! I have had negative previous experiences with dentists so for her to be so personable and professional was really appreciated. She also took time to show me my photos and explain the treatment plan. During my checkout process, Jessica helped me to schedule my next appointment and was extremely kind about finding a time that would work best with my schedule. She also took time to fully explain what specific costs meant and how my insurance would help. I just cannot say enough great things about my experience today! I feel much less nervous about my future visits knowing this great team will be caring for me!

The family at Ayrsley Family Dentistry is amazing. They always take very good care of me. The ultimate word is "care". They always check out you throughout the service to make sure that you are okay and even talk to you to help calm your nerves. "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care". Everyone is professional and good at their craft. I was reminded today that I have been with them for 15 years, Dr. Vowell and Kim took really good care of me today.

Dr.Vowell and Audrey are absolutely amazing. It is a very personable and comfortable environment. They have been my dentist and hygienist for several years now. I have recently moved further away from charlotte but still make the drive to go see them. When you find those docs, crew, etc that you absolutely love, you will make the drive.

First off, amazing staff! Dentist, hygienist, assistants, admin, everyone. Always fun to chat with them while in the chair about the randomness going on that day and in general. Billing is also always smooth and have never had any issues. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
