AZ Dentist - Modern Family Dentistry

I absolutely love this dental office. Their customer service is amazing — everyone is so helpful, friendly, and genuinely caring. The ladies in the front are always so sweet and welcoming, and they make every visit feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The entire team is professional, kind, and truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The last few times I went to Modern Family Dentistry things weren’t flowing too good in their office. between different dentist every time and front office staff but I gave them another chance. Doctor Lynch is my dentist, she is amazing. She has a great personality, very caring and her voice is so comforting. I’m very impressed and happy with the dental work she provided. The office seems to have it together now, very friendly front office.

Today, I came in for 2 crowns, 1 cavity and a cleaning. The dentist Pamela and her assistant, were awesome. They did great work and absolutely NO PAIN following all the work that was done. The Hygienist was very quiet and said little to nothing the entire time I was in her chair. She may be very good at her job, but I think she should work on better communication. Overall iit was a great visit even though it took 3 hours. Thank you for the great work you did today. Respectfully, Paul Fisher

Walked in and they had a welcome sign with our name’s on it. Friendly staff! Dr. Gentile was kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Gentile gave me all my option plans without the sales pressure. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. I work in the customer service field and felt I got the white glove experience the minute I walked in.

Dont do business with any locations! If you want to be screwed over, Make an appointment with them. You take time off from your job and no one shows up for your appointment. When I got a call back the response was " Didn't you get our email. " How does that fix the appointment that ive had scheduled for over a month. You could have rescheduled right then. But no we have to talk to your stupid robot. Where is the customer service? 0 stars if it was optional. Do better!!

Not good. Did everything but what I came in for, which was a new crown. Tons of xrays, checking pocket depth, and then the dentist started digging under an existing crown on the opposite side. What the hell. Then they charged me and then sent it to collections. I will drive 100 miles round trip to go back to my dentist in Mesa before I ever go back to Buckeye Modern Dentistry. Beware.

The minute you walk in the door you are greeted with kind and friendliness.... Joann is so thorough, gentle and kind during your teeth cleaning visit. She always makes you feel comfortable and stress free going to the dentist. She is wonderful, thank you for all your hard work 💖

Had a wonderful appointment with Diane. She is an excellent hygienist. She tailors your appointment to your needs, especially if you have issues with sensitivity. I find her to be very professional.

I had a great dental appointment today! My cleaning attendant was funny, smart, and very knowledgeable, which made the whole experience comfortable and even enjoyable. The dentist was excellent—She was thorough, professional, and clearly skilled. Overall, a fantastic visit and a team that truly cares about their patients.
