AZ Perio referral was one of the best. Dr. Wilson and his staff exceeded my expectations. The staff on multiple occasions called to remind me of the date and time of the tooth extraction. They also checked my insurance coverage and provided upfront out-of-pocket costs prior to my visit. My main concern was the quality of tooth extraction and care because of my lack of experiences with AZ Perio. I commend Dr. Wilson for calling his patients a day prior to surgery to make sure they are less anxious and comfortable. Technician, Jessica, was a great in providing care while assisting Dr. Wilson. She explained the purpose of the x-rays, patiently went over my medical history, took part in the extraction (suction and assisting Dr. Wilson) and articulated the post-care instructions. I read the post-care paper instructions and she was extremely well-versed with it. Dr. Wilson patiently and successfully extracted my stubborn molar tooth. I carefully read and followed the post care instructions. My lovely and smartest wife instructed me to take the pain medicine before the anesthetic wore off. A monumental advice to mitigate any pain. I thought that I would experience significant bruises and pain, but had little to none because of quality and care from Dr. Wilson and his team. Perhaps, immediately icing my face upon returning home which was also recommended in the AZ Perio post care instructions. There were other employees, Lizette, Brittani, Peggy, Sarah, etc. that also should be commended for their support. I apologize for not calling the 2nd technician that was helping Dr. Wilson during the extraction. I am ready for the 2nd consult. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and his team for any work on your teeth.

Amazing patient treatment! Everyone I dealt with during my visit was great. Every step of the visit was explained to me and the few questions I had were answered in terms I could understand. This is my second treatment at AZPerio and I came back because my Doctor did outstanding care on the first visit, seeing him again was a no-brainer. The staff is cut from the same cloth. Outstanding professionals taking great care of their patients!

Once I located AZPerio, the office was excellent and the staff was very professional. I was expecting a 24 hour follow call on Saturday -- and did not get that. No problems to report, but I would have like to get that call to discuss some specifics.

Mary Elizabeth, Dr. Wilson, and Misty were phenomenal. They made me feel welcomed, educated, cared for, and truly valued throughout the entire experience. Any office can charge for a service and perform a procedure, but very few provide this level of genuine care and professionalism. It was clear that the staff takes pride in what they do, and that makes a huge difference. Happy, knowledgeable, and compassionate employees create the best customer experience, and this team absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend them.

I was naturally skeptical this being my first visit but the facility and staff really surprised me. everybody was so nice and competent. They really know what they are doing and the spaces are clean, new and fresh. They work like a team so you never feel abandoned.
