Baildon Dental Centre

Recently visited Baildon dental centre for an emergency appointment. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I came in from the warm approach of the staff members. I can’t recommend Paul enough, very professional, efficient and made me feel at ease through the whole process! His nurse Maddie was equally as brilliant,caring and attentive, making the whole experience comfortable and stress free. You can really tell the practice takes pride in providing top-quality care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent dental practice!

Was feeling very nervous attending my first dental appointment for a number of years but was made to feel very welcome and re-assured by Ruby and Beth. I now feel quite relaxed about any upcoming appointments.

Really friendly receptionists, dental nurses and dentists. Treatment plan and options always explained in full detail making you feel more in control of what’s happening and therefore a bit less nervous about visiting the dentist. I needed to see a dentist urgently and I was seen within hours - which I was really happy about. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist

Recently switched onto Dentist Helen’s list after previous dentist retired. Attended a check up where Helen listened to my concern around chewing on my right side. Diagnosed a hairline crack in a tooth and explained recommended treatment & cost. Dental work carried out, Helen proved correct as piece of tooth fell off during treatment. Tooth rebuilt & advice given. Cause to return due to delayed onset of pain, appointment provided within 24 hours, again Helen listened to my experience and tried numerous tests, questions & X-ray to get to the cause. Additional advice given with the offer of a further appointment the next day if necessary & asking for update. I like that Helen explains what she does, what she finds, etc. nothing feels rushed.

As I now live in Greece, on a remote island, dental treatment can be a bit hit and miss. On a recent visit to England I decided to go see my former dentist David Barden. Arranging an appointment was very easy, which I did by Email. David was just the same, polite, amusing and gave excellent advice. He was very accommodating and did the required works the following week. The service was excellent and the staff all friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough, and I’m glad to be a patient of David’s once again.

Because I suffer with bipolar, David looks after me so well and reassures me throughout any of my procedures I could only say he is the most understanding and patient person and I am never in any pain when I have my procedures I would like to take this opportunity in thanking him and his staff for their great care and fantastic customer and experience.
