I first off want to extend my immense gratitude to all the staff here and the doctor who attended me, and how grateful I am for their patience and understanding of my situation, I was very worried about continuing to suffer immense pain for another 4-5 weeks but thankfully they were able to sort out everything for me, it was my first time ever being under anesthetic and it was very seamless and one-and-done, they also did their best to make me feel comfortable and keep things light-hearted in the wake of urgency. I can't remember the doctor's name who attended me today, but I thank you for stating the facts and not beating around the bush while also being compassionate, forever grateful for your kindness. I'm doing well right now, I hope to make a complete recovery, and if anything else arises I know where I can go to for help now. Again, sincerely, thank you dearly to all the people who tended to me, you were all kind and wanted what was best for me, never have I had such a positive experience in an unexplored environment. 💜💜💜

I was very pleased with my experience. I have an issue that requires surgery but due to my medical condition I will need to "go under". This office does do that but the provider was extremely informative why and referred me to where to go. I truly appreciate how clear and easy her explanation was for me to understand. I would absolutely refer this office to my family and friends. Plus I must also mention how friendly the front office staff were as well. Thank you.

This place is an utter joke! Twice I have made a 2 hour drive for NOTHING. The first time the doctor decided to leave early for the day. No one bothered to call me to say hey you won’t see a doctor for your CONSULTATION. No, instead they want to be sure to collect money so they won’t inform you that the doctor left early for the day. Not sure how you LEGALLY bill for a consultation when you can’t even see the surgeon but you know- they have their ways. Shame on me for going back for a second Consultation, when the surgeon decided that he didn’t want to be the one to do the surgery. Nothing had changed between the 2 appointments other than the number of teeth. Then to have the surgeon make a comment on how I don’t “look” like a particular disability is DISGUSTINGLY unprofessional!! A complaint will be filed with the state. Go anywhere but here. You’ll be in MUCH better hands.

Love this place. They're so efficient, quick and friendly. They took out my wisdom teeth and my son's...also the healing process was so smooth, and i had all the information i needed for after care. Definitely recommend 100%!!

The initial wait was a little long but when I went to the back… the staff is great! The procedure went fast and I’ve only taking one pain pill. Jaw is not hurting and bleeding stopped same day.

Had an amazing visit with Bakersfield oral surgeon !! Went back my second time after a medical clearance from my dr ! Dr came in made sure blood pressure an all looked good and out like a light switch I was under ! I didn’t feel anything ! Remind you this is my first day an I’m already to go back to work !! Over all 100/100% good visit !!!

Had a surgery done here for prep in implants. First time going in I had to do extractions. When they hooked me up they did not fully evaluate my weight correctly so the medication to put me under did not work. I tried to tell them and they flat out ignored my gestures and pleas so moaning pains as they dug into my mouth as they ripped and teared into my jaws. What makes it worse is they never considered the possibility or professionally considered how the patient.felt . I was recommend by health smiles in this place and felt after the operation as being betrayed. Will not ever come here ever again knowing that they don't properly train their employees

I have not gone inside the office however I called to simply get information on extractions and Jessica was so kind enough to really explain to me certain questions I had and concerns. I appreciate your kindness and the information. unlike other offices I have called with the same receptionist like advanced oral surgery couldn’t do more but say over and over again the bare minimum. Thank you again, kindness goes along way.
