If you ever have to wait for some unexpected reason, Dr Krausses staff and his expertise always make your time worth while. I just got a crown and the work done was definitely a five star.

I recently moved to Bakersfield and I work downtown, my tooth was killing me, I asked my insurance company for a list of dentists nearby and they told me about Doctor Krauss. I called the office phone number and fortunately they scheduled an appointment right away and Doctor Krause’s staff was very friendly i filled out some paperwork, it was a hot day and it was nice to escape the heat in the comfort of Dr Krauss’s air conditioned office, i was seen on time a doctor took x-rays of my mouth which is usually an awkward experience but this dental technician/assistant did a great job and made the experience as pleasant as possible, Dr Krauss came by shortly thereafter, he was very friendly, he had great bedside manner, he looked at the x-rays, he looked at my mouth, long story short my tooth is feeling a lot better and i’m grateful Dr. Krauss was able to see me on such short notice. They even signed me up for a cleaning in a few weeks, which is great because I am long overdue for a cleaning.

Would start by thanking Dr.Krauss him and his wonderful staff are so helpful. The staff are wonderful they make you feel like you’re apart of there Smile Design family! I had an issue on a weekend and Dr.Krauss got ahold of me personally to make sure everything was fine.I highly recommend if you need dental work go see Dr.Krauss and his staff at Smile Design!!!

Chipped my front tooth today and called every dentist in Bakersfield to try to get in.. My dentist was closed today. Dr Krauss and his amazing staff got me in right away without me being a patient there. So happy with the outcome! Will be coming back 😊😊😊😊

I’ve only gone to four different dental groups here in Bakersfield for the last 24 years. And I can honestly say it is doubtful you will find any better, professional kinder, friendly people in the dentist industry here. Fast appointments, boutique atmosphere waiting room, and overall a professional service. And oh yes….. no pain at all

I have great anxiety and don't like to go the dentist office probably from previous experiences but Dr. Kenneth W. Krauss and his staff are amazing. Everyone are so nice and helpful and their office are so clean and feel like home. Dr. Krauss is very knowledgeable, explains things easy to understand with lots of patience and puts together a great treatment plan that fits me. I really do appreciate and love them all. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone.
