I am writing this on behalf of my wife, who went through a very painful and disappointing experience at this dental clinic. She initially visited for a cavity treatment, but the procedure itself was handled very poorly. Dr. Vinita Patel rushed and impatient throughout, and during the process, she caused noticeable abrasions on her lips. It was painful and completely avoidable with proper care. What made things worse was the response afterward. When she brought this up to the front desk, instead of acknowledging the issue, they dismissed her concern and implied that she somehow caused the injury herself—which frankly makes no sense. Due to this experience, we canceled all future appointments. There was no follow-up, no concern about losing a patient—just indifference. It felt like the focus here is more on money than on patient care. To add to it, the filling that was done has already started falling apart within a few weeks, and she still cannot chew properly on that tooth. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this place. If you do decide to go, just be cautious—this was our experience.

Dr. Patel and her staff were very friendly and efficient. I have anxiety with dental visits, but my fillings were done in a timely manner that I didn’t have the anxiety I normally feel. I appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend.

I never write reviews on dentists because I hate them all. But this dentist? Absolutely could go everyday and hang out! Great staff, welcoming environment, very gentle and kind dentist. Highly recommend! And I’ll see you in the waiting room where I’ll be hanging out!

Very Friendly Staff. Also very accommodating. Was able to get work done the same day as cleaning. Didn’t need to make appointment to come back to have it done. Again great staff and Dr. Patel was fantastic, she made me feel at ease about everything.😁
