We love coming here. Everyone rocks! The building is very nice and clean and the office has a very unique design where you hear enough noises to be distracted but it all sounds like white noise.

Definitely get your cleaned with Corina- shed excellent, quick and really funny!

Ballard Dentistry is young, with modern equipment that makes things easier and faster. The assistants are well trained, communicate well and go beyond the usual focus on cleaning the teeth and checking for cavities to include gum health. Dr He is pleasant and very straight forward. The office side was very much on top of scheduling and billing.

I developed a toothache overnight. Called Ballard Dentistry as a new patient at 7.05am. I was in the office by 7.30 and home by 8.15, cured. Fantastic service. The receptionist, (Rachel I think) was so great. Popped me right in for the appointment. Dr Streiff is wonderful. Competent, relates to her patients, explains the process and a lovely person. I can’t thank the doctors and staff enough.

The team at Ballard Dentistry is exceptional! I had the pleasure of working with Hilary as my hygienist and Dr. Streiff as my dentist. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you're receiving the best possible care and fully understand what they're doing and why they're recommending it. Everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly thorough. The cleaning went so smoothly and comfortably that I honestly could have taken a nap! It's clear they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in providing outstanding care. Thank you, Hilary, Dr. Streiff, and the entire Ballard Dentistry team! I highly recommend them. It makes sense they are the best rated dental office in Ballard.

Ballard Dentistry provides me excellent dental service. Dr Streiff and Dr He are highly skilled professionals with warm, gentle chair-side manner. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, providing clear, straight- forward estimates when requested. I would recommend this practice to friends and family.

I wanted to give a warning about my experience here. I had multiple instances of surprise billing that weren’t explained upfront. I also paid $400 for a night guard that only lasted a year. When I asked about a replacement, they said they could order one from a better manufacturer—so why not use that in the first place? I was also told I had cavities that “disappeared” when another dentist checked. This makes me question how genuine their positive reviews are.

Dr. He and her entire team are absolutely amazing. I’ve always had a great experience here. Dr. He is attentive, caring, and genuinely warm. I also had a wonderful experience with Delaney, one of the hygienists—my teeth feel and look noticeably better afterwards! The front desk staff are consistently kind, patient, and attentive as well. I highly recommend this office :)
