The staff was nice that you first see thank you for being so nice to me but when they called my number I went to the back that's when it went bad I was asked identifying questions I answered what happened next I wish I would have spoken up for myself the nurse gave me two cotton swabs one for rectal one for vagina with capsules with liquid in them she said go to bathroom I looked confused 😕🤔 because I been coming there for decades never went in the bathroom to swab vagina and swab rectal area I made mistake swab the rectal identifying with the vagina swab items I received so the rectal was swab twice because I had to swab it with correct capsules so I asked for another vagina swab I made mistake swab wrong she asked what I do with other incorrect swab I put in trash she gave me the vagina swab I went in bathroom look at some directions on the wall still did the swab wrong I was in so much pain usually we swab in the examine room on the table where you can lay down feel comfortable and swab not standing up in bathroom I'm still in pain the second day 😔 awful experience
The dentist there is terrible, he put stitches on my gums after tearing my tooth out. I've never had stitches, he didn't give me anything for pain. And it somehow changed my speech. I suffered in pain for weeks, I had to go to University ER. They took excellent care of me, they gave me medicine that numbed my mouth, I was better in 3days.
very very disapointed with the appointments especially with the nurse practitioner Stephanie Smiley she is so amazingly slow that for a pap test that usually takes an hour or so I had to wait almost four hours at the clinic sneed staff its very nice and helpfull but they need another nurse
terrible service, very disorganized, reception staff without experience, every time I have to come to this place I just had a bad experience, disappointing!
THEY REALLY LOOKED OUT FOR ME!
