Asked to bring my 6 month checkup appointment forward as I thought some of my filling had come out. Was able to bring appointment forward and received professional service from my dentist. Thank you

Went with a question having lost a filling recently - all the staff were very pleasant and I felt I was given good advice regarding the treatment options.

I had an appointment with Dr Bakshi and Nurse Mel a couple of days ago and honestly I couldn’t ask for better support, they was so kind and caring and I left feeling positive after neglecting my teeth for so long. I will 100% be back and could not recommend enough! Thank you x

Crown preparation painless and efficient. Eyewateringly expensive, but what can you do?

I’ve been using Bar Hill Dental Clinic for over 10 years, and I’ve always been very happy with the staff and the dental treatment they’ve provided.

We have been with Bar Hill Dental for several years on their Practice Plan subscription. I recently cancelled after my appointment was cancelled for the fifth time in a row. It feels as though the practice prioritises maximising margins over providing a reliable, patient-focused service. I have given 2 stars because the actual dentistry is good. Unfortunately, the management and organisation of the practice let it down.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, my daughter said when we left that our dentist and nurse are very nice. Nice experience as always. Thanks & well done.

My children have been coming to this clinic now for over 5 years and we have always been very happy with the service provided. The dentists are all friendly, reassuring, and knowledgeable, they do not rush your appointment, the dental nurses are lovely and friendly, and the receptionist is such a kind and helpful lady. The waiting area is lovely, modern and clean with comfortable chairs. You also do not have to wait long when you need seeing urgently. An all round excellent practice.

Manged to chip a front tooth over the weekend (13th Dec); phoned Bar Hill Dental Clinic early Monday morning in the hope they would see me before Christmas, at least to tell me what damage had occurred and likely course of treatment. They told me to come in straight away and wait, and I would be seen that morning. Waited half an hour, and the dentist filed the tooth and reassured me that there was no lasting damage. GREAT service, thank you, and Merry Christmas, as now I will have one too!

All staff are so friendly, excellent dentists. Fitted me in within two hours of phoning with a poorly tooth, brilliant.
