I’ve been with Basin Road dentist for a few years now, & have always had a great experience… yes I know, “a great experience” at a dentist you might ask, well today I have had 2 teeth removed, the entire process was, & has been painless all day as I write at 8:30pm. Matthew and his team are top class professionals in the dental industry, professional, caring, calming & reassuring. Matthew explained the procedure fully, and was constantly caring for my comfort as he pushed & pulled his way against my 2 teeth. I can’t recommend Basin Road dental enough if you want high quality dental care.

I am a really really anxious patient but having got to know the receptionists and the dentist feel better about going. Still freaked out by every visit but the team is respectful of this and Hannah explains everything she is doing which helps. I've been a patient at this surgery for about 12 years and the whole team are great, so much so, other members of my family have also become patients. Umama is a brilliant hygieniest who has shown particular patience and care with my teenage son whose dental hygiene is still a work in progress. I'm also grateful to Matt & Sophie who have had to deal with my nervous ten year-old daughter having a filling and being a little more time-consuming than the average patient! We are temporarily living out of the area but do the drive back as I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Dental appointments for both myself and my children always go very smoothly indeed, and our needs are met with professionalism and kindness. I recently had to have a replacement filling. The whole procedure was carried out with the utmost of care and attention.
