Had a good experience here previously but I’ve been emailing and chasing for half a year and I’m not being answered. I desperately need help regarding treatment I had in July 2025.

Underwent an introduction assessment with dentist, Robbie. Extremely thorough and professional. Spent time explaining his proposed plan and clearly summarised findings and future treatment in language that was understood. Robbie undoubtedly had my best interest as the main focus.

Truly an excellent dental practice; Dr. Robbie and all the staff are so kind, helpful, and talented. I most appreciate how generous Robbie is with his explanations and support; they are thorough, try to avoid unnecessary work, and never nickel and dime you. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Another great check up and hygiene appointment. What a lovely dental practice, everyone is friendly and smiley. Very professional and take time to explain what they are doing. If you're a nervous patient you immediately feel at ease and know you're in good hands. Thanks to all.

Excellent care received as always from Robbie Thompson. I have had some very challenging dentistry problems which Robbie has helped me with, and continues to do so. His care is extremely person centred and he always goes above and beyond to provide the best for his patients. I can't praise Robbie enough for all the care and treatment I've received, it really is above and beyond. I had my usual hygiene and check up appointments at Bath Spa Dentistry last week and as always, it was a lovely experience! It goes without saying how technically brilliant their dentistry is, but their knowledge, experience and imagination in why and how the treatments are delivered, covers so much more. Including somewhere along the line, discretely checking for any niggling worries you might have about your teeth, or in your general health! You are fully taken care of! A lovely, gentle experience resulting in pride in my smile, feeling great and wiped of stress!
