Battery Park Dental Group

I no longer live anywhere near battery park but happily go out of my way because this is the best dentist’s office on the planet. I have been a patient for over 6 years. I used to dread going to the dentist but battery park dental is truly a pain free experience. Everyone from the staff to the hygienists (especially Assel) to Dr. Madi is excellent.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at any doctors office. The dentists and dental hygienists on staff are amazing, but the woman who works the front desk is absolutely horrible. She is rude, condescending, and verbally attacked me to the point that I left the office in tears. Both my husband I were patients and we both have had truly awful experiences with her. I am not sure how she is able to continue working the way she does but I will not be returning.

I LOVE Battery Park Dental Group, they always are so welcoming and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I have been a patient for years and would never go anywhere else. They are great with kids too, they were my son’s first dental office and he is still a patient at 19 years old. They are amazing!

I have been a patient here for years and have had such great experiences every time I’ve come in. It’s always such an easy process to make an appointment and the staff is so kind and helpful. They have a pediatric dentist across the hall that is amazing. My kids are patients there and love anytime they get to go to the dentist. Can’t recommend this place enough.

They have perfected my smile throughout the years and consistently ensured that my dental heath was top tier via the best treatments and education.

Their expert dentists and kind, welcoming staff have kept me returning to their office even though I currently live outside of the United States. I make a point to book dental cleanings with them on my return trips to New York because the overall experience at their clinic is so positive. On every visit to their office, I can consistently count on exceptional service and friendly conversations with their doctors and staff!
