Bayside Family Dentistry

I had a chipped lower front tooth . The wait time from my normal dentist was one month to my surprise . Heard about Bayside family dentistry , despite their busy schedules, they were able to get me in two day early morning . The Clinic is very professional and comfortable . Dr. Wan and her assistant were very courteous and efficient. Tooth was repaired quickly. I would highly recommend the clinic .

Great dentist and team! Coming from someone who hate going to dentist, Dr. Laura Wan is a wonderful dentist, very knowledgeable and skilled and most importantly her aura make me feel comfortable. As for hygienist, go with Mori! The only hygienist that I can fell asleep and not stressed out. Overall, Dr. Wam and her team never fall short than excellent!

I had a good experience with the dental care itself, but unfortunately the service at the front desk was disappointing. The receptionist showed no smile and seemed quite impatient during the interaction. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact for patients, and their attitude really shapes the overall experience. I hope the clinic can provide additional customer service training so that patients feel more welcomed and respected when they arrive.

It is 4 stars not 5 stars the 4 stars is from the lovely dentists and dental assistants and the the lost of one star is because of the one reception staff at the front desk. When we asked her something she didn’t have an expressions or smiles. I asked her something she didn’t really respond I didn’t know if she was doing what we were asking her or have any updates on if she was even starting to do it or not. If only she had a better attitude or just a simple smile would be much better. It is as if when I asked her something it is as if it is under her will to do it or forced liked I owed her tons of money or something. When I walked in there was no hi or anything and when I left there was no bye or anything or even a thank you. Just a simple smile would be enough, but that didn’t happen. Not a blank face as if she was stunned or afraid.

Just finished my first appointment with Bayside and it was great!!! Great location, beautiful facility and AMAZING dentists and hygienists (and admin support)! I settled for a just OK (if I'm being generous) dentist for wayyyyyy too long (don't be like me) and I'm so happy I found Bayside. Saying "I can't wait to go back" might be a bit of a stretch ;) but I am looking forward to my next appointment and having a healthy smile without the fear and dread I've felt in the past.
