Two of my kids get ortho from them and they both rave about the customer service and feeling good about themselves after they leave. Dr Chris has created an incredible culture in his staff partnered with excellent dentistry.
Felt very “refrigerator salesmen” they are a bit pushy about scheduling. To the point they wouldn’t let me leave until I had an appointment penciled in. And the constant calls to check in on me to get that appointment scheduled. Dr.Maleks service was alright, I wasn’t left too impressed… but Ay she’ll make sure your scheduled in!
Dr Zed is super nice and knowledgeable and competent And the whole staff are wonderful and make you feel as you should

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chris Zed for my dental work for almost thirty years. Seeing him at his new home at Bayview Lonsdale maintains the excellent care I’ve always enjoyed and appreciated. A great team, a super friendly dog and expert dental care? What’s not to love?

Dr. Zed and Dr. Malek are both amazing doctors! My 6 years old boy is not afraid to go to the dentist anymore! He had tooth extraction with Dr. Zed and space maintainer put on. Dr Malek did fillings and my son didn’t even cry! I’m impressed and grateful! One word: Excellent!! I came here after doing some research on Dentists in the area and based on the positive reviews this clinic had, I went ahead and booked an appointment. It had been a long time since I visited the dentist and I was really anxious going into it as I had concerns that I may need a root canal. When I sat in the chair, I became flustered by my fear and started crying from the overwhelm, but the hygienist Kirsten was an absolute angel. 🥹 She sat in front of me, reminded me to take some deep breaths, reassured me and brought me water to calm my nerves. And I can say with immense gratitude that my experience from there on out was so much better than what I could’ve possibly asked for. Dr. Zed is a real gem of a human being: incredibly kind, gracious and made me feel really safe and comfortable. The staff made sure to give me a proper breakdown of the work I would need done based on priority so that I could make a plan that would address things by order of importance. I feel really lucky that I stumbled across this clinic by chance; I think this is the only Dentist that will be going to from here on out as I felt very well taken care of. The staff clearly goes above and beyond to create a comfortable environment and I just want to tip my hat to everyone working there for that, including the very kind receptionist who informed me of the options for payment plans. Also special mention to the adorable dog that was there and greeted me when I walked in! Such a gentle, loving and well behaved pup; it felt really therapeutic for me and my anxiety to have him/her in the office.
